In recent years,with the continuous promotion of quality education in China.the concept of "all-round development of morality,intelligence.physique.beauty and labor"has gradually taken root in people’s hearts.As an important part of quality education,art education has always been highly valued by parents,so the art training industry has also developed unprecedentedly.However.the eagerness for quick success makes many practitioners busy with publicity and enrollment,ignoring human resource management in enterprises,which result in staff management chaos,frequent job-hopping of employees and serious employee turnover in enterprises.XL company is also facing such severe problem of staff turnover,which hinders the development of the company,so the company needs to pay attention to it and solve it.This thesis takes the staff turnover of XL Art Training Company as the research object,and carries out research and design according to the ideas of asking questions.analyzing problems and solving problems.Based on the theory of fairness.psychological contract and career management.this thesis investigates.analyzes and summarizes the problem of employee turnover in XL company by means of interviews and questionnaires.and finds out the main reasons for employee turnover.which are low salary satisfaction.lack of employee career management and employee training.lack of perfect incentive mechanism.unsatisfactory working environment as well as oversimplified and crude leadership style.Then,the corresponding countermeasures to reduce employee turnover are proposed which is improving the salary incentive mechanism and performance appraisal mechanism.establishing a sound career development channel.improving the employee training system.improving the working environment and shaping a good corporate culture.This countermeasure is of great practical significance for the company to improve the human resource management of XL company and alleviate the staff turnover.At the same time,it is helpful for XL Art Training Company to discover the characteristics and values of employees.solve the problems faced by employees,meeting their needs and give full play to their talents.which is of great significance for XL Art Training Company to improve the management level of employees,improve the enthusiasm of employees,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the company’s better development.The research in this thesis will help XL Company to better understand the deeper reasons of employee turnover.and then help solve this problem through corresponding improvement measures.For another.considering that employee turnover occurs in different enterprises.the research content of this thesis also has certain reference and practical value for other enterprises. |
