| In recent years,tourism has gradually changed from a strategic pillar industry of the national economy to a happiness industry closely related to the people.Under this background,the word "social responsibility" has become a hot topic in today’s civilized world.However,it cannot be ignored that the phenomenon of "lack of responsibility" is increasingly prominent in the tourism industry.When tourists step from the life world into the tourism world and begin to experience the "unusual" environment,long-distance escape and relaxation experience may make tourists take off their personality mask and appear the phenomenon of "disorderly behavior" and "ethical detachment".Therefore,this paper takes planned behavior and cognitive emotion system as the theoretical basis,explores along the path of "situation-affective cognition--socially responsible behavior",sorts out the existing literature,extracts the measurement dimensions and mediating variables of the three,and builds a theoretical model.It collects a large number of research data by means of network text,interview and questionnaire for quantitative statistics.The influence of embodied cognition on tourists’ socially responsible behavior under different spatial situations is analyzed,and then the optimization strategies of tourist experience in tourist destinations are proposed.The paper holds that the socially responsible behavior in the context of tourism space is beneficial to the promotion of public collective welfare,and can become an altruistic and socially beneficial individual behavior.Therefore,the research focuses on the study of tourists’ social responsibility behavior.The core idea is to explore different behaviors caused by different cognition in different situations by studying the reflection and description of tourists’ embodied perception in different spatial situations,so as to enhance tourists’ awareness of social responsibility and build a good image of tourists as individuals,groups and tourist sources.To influence the residents and social environment of the tourist destination from a positive and just Angle,and promote the sustainable development of the tourist destination.The research results are as follows:First,it is clear that tourists actually have social responsibility in the process of tourism.Based on the existing research results,it sorts out the theoretical connotation of tourists’ social responsibility,and then constructs the concept of tourists’ social responsibility behavior from five aspects: reasonable consumption,cultural inheritance,building protection,resident harmony and environmental friendliness.Secondly,based on the internal summary of the phenomenon results,it is concluded that the path pattern of situational influence on tourists’ social responsibility behavior is as follows: cognition and emotion,as the two dimensions of embodied factors,have the same influence direction on tourists’ social responsibility behavior.Therefore,the development path of tourists’ social responsibility behavior can be as follows:(1)Strengthen the sense of responsibility of tourists.As far as tourism is concerned,"walking into" is the basis of emotion,and "understanding" is the premise of emotion sublimation.Only by establishing correct cognition can we mobilize the positive and responsible behavior;(2)Create an emotional atmosphere for tourism,create positive emotions for tourists,create unforgettable memories,can make the implementation of tourists’ social responsibility behavior to realize the voluntary principle.These two paths should work together to achieve a harmonious and civilized tourism environment.Thirdly,tourists’ social responsibility behavior is mainly reflected in the protection of natural landscape and ancient cultural relics,reasonable consumption,and harmonious coexistence with local residents.In the process of influence,emotional factors do not play a big role in endogenous and habitual behaviors.Instead,they need to cultivate cognitive beliefs from ethics,morality,culture and values.It is also a necessary stage for the development of this road to internalize potential short-term behaviors into long-term behaviors in thought.The high-quality development of tourism industry needs to rely on the common responsibility consciousness and collective action of all stakeholders.Tourists are not only the "subject",but also the most practical "guardian".The study of their responsibility is of great significance. |
