| Non-suicidal self-injurious behavior occurs frequently in adolescents, which has a certain impact on themselves, families and schools.Individuals often have negative emotions when they have self-injurious behavior.Studies have shown that adolescents with depression have a higher detection rate of self-injury,and depression is also an independent risk factor for self-injury.Psychological abuse and neglect,as a factor in the early years of an individual, have a negative threatening effect on the occurrence and development of depression.Cognitive emotion regulation strategies can be divided into adaptive regulation strategies(positive strategies)and non-adaptive regulation strategies(negative strategies). The use of positive strategies can help individuals resist the negative emotions caused by stress events. Therefore, this study selected junior high school students with self-injurious behavior to explore the mechanism of depression, and designed an effective intervention program for this group from the perspective of cognitive emotion regulation strategies. This study is divided into two parts: one is the relationship study, which uses the Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale, the Center for epidemiological investigation Depression Scale and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies Scale to investigate 1040 junior high school students from two middle schools in Chengdu,Sichuan Province,to explore the relationship between psychological abuse and neglect and depression and the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation strategies between them;Study two is an intervention study.Based on the questionnaire survey of study one,23 self-injurious junior high school students were selected to design the corresponding psychodrama group counseling program, which was carried out once a week for 8 consecutive weeks to explore the effective strategies to reduce the depression level of self-injurious junior high school students, and to analyze the intervention effect. To provide empirical basis and program reference for school mental health education and psychological crisis intervention. The results show that:(1)The overall detection rate of depression among junior high school students is30.7%.Psychological abuse neglect among junior high school students significantly positively predicts the level of depression and cognitive emotional negative strategies, and significantly negatively predicts the level of cognitive emotional positive strategies.Among self injuring junior high school students, the positive effects of psychological abuse and neglect on depression and negative cognitive and emotional strategies were significantly reduced.(2)There was a significant difference in gender in depression;Psychological abuse, neglect, negative strategies, and depression have significant differences in grade;Depression, psychological abuse, neglect, and cognitive emotion regulation strategies have extremely significant differences in the presence or absence of self injuring behavior:students with self injuring behavior have significantly lower scores on positive strategies than students without self injuring behavior, while students with self injuring behavior have higher scores on other variables than students without self injuring behavior.(3)There is a correlation between psychological abuse and neglect, positive strategies for cognitive emotion regulation, negative strategies, and depressive emotions among junior high school students.(4)Negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies significantly and positively affect the level of depression among junior high school students, and play a mediating role between psychological abuse, neglect, and depression.Among self injuring students, negative strategies for cognitive emotion regulation have a stronger positive impact on depression, and a stronger mediating effect.(5)Positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies significantly negatively affect the level of depression among self injured junior high school students, and positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies play a mediating role between psychological abuse, neglect, and depression; The mediating effect of positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies between psychological abuse, neglect, and depression among non self injuring junior high school students is marginal.(6)Psychodrama group psychological counseling with cognitive emotion regulation strategy can effectively improve the level of positive regulation strategy of junior high school students with self-injury,thus significantly reducing their level of depression. The significance of this study is as follows: firstly, combine the early experience with the individual’s own adjustment strategy to supplement and improve the mechanism theory of depression;Secondly, from the perspective of experiment, the intervention effect of psychodrama group counseling on self-injury junior high school students was discussed; It provides new ideas and methods for the intervention of adolescent psychological crisis, and provides empirical basis for the service system of adolescent psychological health. |
