Research On The Relationship Between The Confucian View Of Justice And Benefit And Core Socialist Values

The concept of justice and benefit has always been an important issue concerned by people,and its connotation,nature and content are completely different in different times and societies.In the depths of these various concepts of justice and benefit,there are still similar contents.Confucianism occupies a leading position in Chinese traditional culture.The Confucian concept of justice and benefit has laid the foundation for the system of justice and benefit in the whole development period of China and led the mainstream values.It also contains the methods of governing the country,ways of conducting oneself in society and cultivating body and mind,which have developed with the times.So it has provided an important ideological source and theoretical basis for cultivating the current socialist core values.The introduction is the first section of this thesis,and it explains the study history,significance,relevance,and present state of the two main components,and states the methods which will be used in this research,contents and innovations of this research.The second part expounds the intension of "justice" and "benefit",and the debate on the choice of these two and its guiding role in practical problems.The third part is mainly the transition part,which plays a connecting role.This part will elaborate on the Marxist concept of justice and benefit and the socialist concept of justice and benefit respectively,and through the study of these two views of righteousness and benefit,this thesis attempts to explore the development context of the Confucian view of justice and benefit,and then it is easier to excavate the ideological connotation and age value of the socialist core values to the Confucian view of justice and benefit.The fourth part begins to focus on the internal relationship between the socialist core values and the Confucian concept of justice and benefit,excavate their consistency,discard the bad and pick the best,and finally implement it into the application of practical problems.Therefore,the whole thesis is created through extensive access to relevant literature and traditional ancient books,so that we understand the Confucian concept of justice and benefit,the socialist concept of justice and benefit and the socialist core values.Combining with the research methods of thesis,and taking the socialist concept of justice and benefit as the starting point,combing and summarizing the Confucian concept of justice and benefit,and further exploring the internal relationship between the Confucian concept of justice and benefit and the socialist core values which is a kind of value inheritance corresponding to each other at different levels.It is easier for the socialist core values to gain public recognition,enhance cultural self-confidence,lead the people to practice and carry out ideological and political education,and enrich the content of the socialist core values.This is the point of view and conclusion obtained through the research content of this thesis.
