| Metaphor theory in the modern linguist of George. In the study of Lekoff et al.,a set of systematic cognitive linguistics has gradually developed, which is a way of human cognition of the world and a means of information transmission. It has unique advantages for expressing abstract forms such as emotion, psychology and thought. The development of multi-modal metaphor theory is combined with the integrated mode of modern media, which can transmit information from multiple angles through audio-visual joint perception.Independent animation,as a relatively independent group of audio-visual art, animation has always been the focus of personalized artistic expression techniques and profound and obscure ideological expression. The animation plot jointly constructed by using images, sounds, text language and other information also contains a large number of metaphorical expressions, carrying the creators’ cognition and thinking of things in a specific cultural background, and has profound philosophical meaning, rich artistic experience and potential commercial value.Metaphor can convey a variety of thought and theme categories in independent animation, and can provide theoretical support for the thought and metaphor creation practice of independent animation by studying its expression characteristics and working logic. This paper starts with the basic theory of metaphor concept, combines with the research results in linguistics, cognition and communication fields, analyzes and sorts out the thought presentation of metaphor in the multimodal form of independent animation examples, deeply analyzes the expression forms of metaphor techniques in independent animation, and summarizes the working mechanism of metaphor with the analogy of architectural concept.Namely: establish the category, aesthetic construction, information implantation, cognitive conditioning and thought output. Finally,it discusses the development of context in the era of new media, and independent animation faces new challenges. While adhering to the expression of ideas,it can make better use of the research results of metaphor theory, keep pace with The Times, and seek new breakthroughs. |
