Research On Deng Zhongxia’s Thought Of Workers’ Movement

Comrade Deng Zhongxia is a long tested proletarian political activist,revolutionary and ideological theorist of our party.Together with Comrade Li Dazhao,he first began to publicize Marxism in China.Comrade Deng Zhongxia contributed his glorious life to the cause of the Chinese workers’ movement and the rejuvenation and liberation of the Chinese nation.In the process of learning and contacting Marxism,Deng Zhongxia combined Marxist trade union thought with the specific practice of Chinese workers’ struggle.It has formed a complete set of workers’ movement thought with Chinese characteristics at the same time.The first part of this article mainly expounds the development process of Deng Zhongxia’s labor movement thought.Mature,the completion of the creation of "A Brief History of the Chinese Workers’ Movement" marks the final formation of Deng Zhongxia’s thoughts on the workers’ movement.The second part of this paper mainly expounds Deng Zhongxia’s specific revolutionary practice in the process of contacting Marxism and leading the labor movement,such as:founding a progressive publication,setting up a public education lecture group,establishing a labor tutoring school,and organizing workers to strike.On the basis of this practice,he systematically summarizes the experience and lessons of the Chinese labor movement,further puts forward the idea of "modern trade union",emphasizes the main force of the working class in the revolution,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese working class.The rich political and ideological connotation in Deng Zhongxia’s thought of the workers’movement played a very important role in guiding the development of China’s early workers’movement.At the same time,the proletarian revolutionary leadership,the nature of the proletarian revolution and the characteristics of the proletariat in his thought of the workers’movement have laid a theoretical preparation for the formation of Mao Zedong’s theory of new democratic revolution.However,issues such as the principles of trade union organization,the leadership of the party and the consistency between theory and practice still have valuable experience and guiding significance for us to build a trade union organization with Chinese characteristics today.
