In recent years,public health emergencies have occurred frequently.At the end of 2019,New Coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)appeared and is still rampant in some parts of the world.Infectious public health emergencies have the characteristics of paroxysm,transmissibility and complexity.They will not only threaten the individual’s physical health,but also easily lead to negative emotions such as anxiety,fear and depression,which will have an adverse impact on mental health.In view of the importance of individual psychological intervention to alleviate the negative impact of public health emergencies,it is of great significance for individual psychological intervention.The subjects of this study are mainly young people who are more likely to have psychological problems in public health emergencies.Data collection time is the middle of February 2020,which has not yet appeared inflection point of New Coronavirus pneumonia.Most of the youth in the whole country are in the state of home segregation.At this time,the research can reflect the psychological state of young people more truly.This study mainly uses the GHQ-20 questionnaire compiled by Goldberg and adapted and revised by Li Hong and others and the self-made questionnaire on the current situation of psychological problems of young people to collect data,and discusses and summarizes the influencing factors of psychological problems of young people under public health emergencies,in order to put forward relevant intervention strategies for psychological problems.A total of 3297 valid questionnaires were collected by issuing questionnaires,and the collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,difference test and regression analysis through SPSS software.The results showed that the psychological problems of female youth were more prominent than those of male youth;Drinking,physical exercise,family relationship,family income,network information support,network tool support and network emotional support were significantly negatively correlated with the psychological problems of young people.The length of using the network every day and the length of paying attention to epidemic information were significantly positively correlated with the psychological problems of young people;Gender,drinking,physical exercise,network use time,the proportion of epidemic information in Internet time,family relations,registered permanent residence location,network information support,network tool support and network emotional support have significant differences on the psychological problems of young people.Among many influencing factors,physical exercise,attention to epidemic information,family income and network emotional support are the main influencing factors of young people’s psychological problems under public health emergencies.Based on the above analysis results,this study constructs an intervention system for young people’s psychological problems under public health emergencies from the four dimensions of individual attention,lifestyle,family factors and social support,so as to improve the mental health level of young people. |
