A Study On Chinese Ecological Novels In The New Century From The Perspective Of Modern Reflectio

The ecological crisis in the modern sense began after the western industrial revolution.With the development of capitalist industrialization,it has gradually become a global common problem.Since the new era,a large number of western ecological literary works and theories have been introduced into China.At the same time,with the deepening of China’s modernization process,air pollution,grassland degradation,glacier melting and other ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.This makes writers begin to pay attention to ecological problems,and then a number of ecological conscious literary works have emerged.Since the new century,China has ushered in the peak of the creation and development of ecological literature,and the creation of ecological novels,ecological poetry and ecological prose has flourished unprecedentedly.Among them,many long ecological novels were born in this period,making ecological novels the main force of ecological literature.The ecological crisis in the modern sense is rooted in the cultural crisis of modernity.Ecological novels reveal the current situation of the real ecological crisis and explore the root causes of the ecological crisis.At the same time,they must contain the thinking of modernity.Through the analysis of Ecological Novels in the new century,it can be found that the occurrence of ecological crisis is closely related to the disenchantment of the world brought by modern values,anthropocentrism,the concept of rational supremacy,industrialization,science and technology and other modernity dimensions.Ecological fiction writers show a reflective and transcendent attitude towards these dimensions of modernity,which changes the impulse of worship and pursuit of modernity in Chinese literature in the 20 th century.But it shows the suspicion of overcorrection,showing a tendency to demonize modernity."Modernity" in China can not be completely rejected or blindly worshipped.We need to recognize the complexity of Chinese modernity and treat it cautiously.In the future,we should advocate an "ecological modernity" and build an ecological oriented modernization.Based on the historical and realistic context of our country,we should selectively absorb many Western modernity words and ecological words,and find a balance between "golden mountain and silver mountain" and "green water and green mountain".In this sense,ecological novels provide an opportunity to reflect on many modern discourse and ideas and construct local ecological discourse.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.The introduction mainly expounds the reasons for choosing the topic,combs the research status,and establishes the research ideas and methods of this paper on this basis.The main body is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly reveals the display and criticism of modernity dimensions such as industry and technology,subject and rationality in the new century ecological novels.Examining the ecological novels in the new century from the two aspects of the collapse of nature and the alienation of human nature,we can find that the author not only describes the destruction and plundering of nature caused by human beings in the process of modernization,but also describes the alienation of the people and the collapse of human nature under the control of modern civilization.The display and criticism of the root causes of the ecological crisis of modernity is comprehensive and profound.The second chapter mainly explores the characteristics of the reflection on modernity and the antidote to the ecological crisis contained in the ecological novels in the new century.This chapter holds that in the ecological novels since the new century,on the one hand,the author endows the mysterious veil of nature again to make people regain their awe,on the other hand,he writes the picture of human reflection and Deconstruction of the center.This reflects the author’s value position of rethinking the previous binary opposition thinking and seeking pluralistic symbiosis.However,the author’s narration of animals and Plants presents mysterious and mysterious aesthetic characteristics,which makes the original rich connotation of human nature in the novel into a simple description of of Modernity-the dimensions of progress,human awakening,industrialization and so on.Remind mankind to rethink the hierarchical order relationship between man and all things in the universe,the challenge of the development of science and technology and artificial intelligence to the bottom line of human nature and ethics,and ask about man’s position in the world and how to treat the challenge of the blending of man and machine to man’s boundary in the Seberg era.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the new creative quality and aesthetic symptoms of Ecological Novels in the new century.Through the analysis of its critical direction,critical resources and critical strength of "Modernity",this paper investigates the new characteristics of Ecological Novels in the new century and the characteristics of reflection on modernity.From the perspective of narration and aesthetics,this paper explores its defects and aesthetic symptoms,and then puts forward the prospect of the future development of Ecological Novels in the new century.Based on the close reading of the text,this thesis pays attention to the specific historical context of the birth of ecological
