Qinghai Road was an important section of the Silk Road in the Tang Dynasty,it is the main traffic route from the Central Plains to Tuyuhun and Tubo.The military,political,cultural and other activities on this road attracted the attention of the literati,a number of literary creations reflecting the themes of war,envoys,intermarriages for pacification,and trapping have been left behind.This article looks at the route of the Qinghai Road,combined with related literary creations,integrating key landscape monuments on the Qinghai Road,Excavation of multi-ethnic activities on the road to come and go,Render a three-dimensional spatial picture.Deeply discuss the characteristics of literary works and analyze the uniqueness of Qinghai road’s literary geography.The first chapter explores the specific direction of the Qinghai Road,passes through prefectures and counties,important landscapes and monuments,and provides an overview of related literary creations.The route of Qinghai Road is divided into four sections:Linzhou-Hezhou,Shanzhou-Qinghai,Kuozhou-Jiuqu,and Chiling-Luo Xie,Synth esize various documents,maps,and works,sort out the routes,and use relevant literary works to explain key landscape monuments.The second chapter explores the multi-ethnic activities and literary writing on the Qinghai Road.Qinghai Road is a major transportation route for multi-ethnic exchanges,forming a situation of conflict,peace and integration.In terms of military affairs,Qinghai region is a battlefield that soldiers must fight.The literati wrote or demonstrated national prestige,or suffered heavy casualties,mainly including the Battle of Qinghai,the Battle of Dafeichuan,the Battle of Shibaocheng,and the Battle of Jiuqu.In terms of politics,Qinghai Road is the only way to go through envoys and intermarriages for pacification,and the literati have witnessed the intermittent,fall and recovery of Qinghai Road,showing a strong sense of political mission and historical responsibility.In terms of culture,Qinghai Road is an ethnic corridor of Tang,Tuyuhun and Tobo cultures,with frequent exchanges of customs and materials,rapid spread of Buddhism,and deep integration of ethnic groups.The third chapter explores the trapped literature on the Qinghai Road.The subjects of the trap are different,and the life of the trap reflected in literature is also different.Due to their different identities and circumstances,the trapped people were divided into the Tuyuhun people,the Han people,the Tubo officials,and the envoys of the Tang Dynasty.Their circumstances are written into literary works,including tragic life,homesickness,loneliness and pain,and life perception,which is a documentary lament from the perspective of Tang and Tubo ethnic relations and war.The three-dimensional space constructed by some poems also truly reflects the wind objects on the Qinghai Road and the lonely state of mind of the trapped literati.The fourth chapter explores the uniqueness of the literary geography of Qinghai Road.Since most of the literati did not personally travel on the Qinghai Road,by virtue of hearing,imagining,virtualizing,and rendering,the geographical imagery in literature had the characteristics of symbolization,becoming a national symbol,a border plug symbol,and a political symbol.In the depiction of literary geography,the literati have been influenced by myth and history,with ambiguous and mysterious characteristics,reflecting the Tang people’s worship and belief in the Yellow River and Kunlun culture,and their identification and attachment to state power and national identity.
