In Tang Dynasty, one section of the Silk Road from Fengxiang to Liangzhou line belonged to South Guanlong road,it was also a major transportation route for the Tang people to travel westward and out of the fortress, which developed as a "national road" once.Through this route, many literati travelled while serving as advisers and marched out to the frontier. While broadening their vision, they were also constantly enriching inner emotional experiences, which were embedded in poems they created. Therefore, this section of passage was not just the traffic of continuous business, tourism, debriefing and tribute, but also carried the values of Tang poetry uniquely.Tang poetry was profoundly influenced by features and changes of the Silk Road.Impressions Silk Road left to literati affected their aspects of vision, selection of content and styles when creating, which is related to the aesthetic construction.Based on the investigation of the trend and changes of the route, this paper sorts out the literati’s activities and their poetry creation, analyzes the regional features portrayed in the poems, explores the literary tradition inherited by the Silk Road poetry, and reveals the traits of "people-land-text" interaction from the dimensions of time and space. The thesis contains four chapters.Chapter one and two,as the basis of the article, lays the foundation for the latter analysis of the poems by sorting the general picture and evolution of this line and researching the literati’s activities and poetic creation.Chapter Three focally discusses the potential impact of the natural landscape, human landscape and customs on the poets’ emotional connotation and spiritual traits in various periods on the Silk Road by analyzing the regional and spatial characteristics of Silk Road poetry. The fourth chapter, served as a longitudinal study, explores the causality and inheritance relationship between Tang Dynasty Silk Road poetry and literary traditions from the perspective of literature creation. The specific content is as follows:The first chapter mainly introduces the line from Fengxiang to Liangzhou and its poetry. The main direction of this line is sorted out based on the existing historical and geographical research results. To summarize, this line demonstrates the historical changes of Tang Dynasty of three stages: the prosperity, decline and survivance of Silk Road. This chapter briefly contours the uniqueness of the regional space to the creation of Silk Road poetry, that is,to show the distinct peoplehood, provide an abundant culture landscape, and construct a particular aesthetic space. The second chapter chiefly investigates the literati’s travelling routes and poetic creation along this section on Silk Road. The literati trail across this section is sorted out and compiled according to historical materials and related research results of the poetry as well as the author, including the content itself, biographies, literary chronologies. On this basis, combined with the stage division of the historical changes of the Silk Road in Chapter one, this chapter clarifies poets’ creation situation, poems’ theme, style characteristics, space perception and so on in each historical period of the Silk Road. The third chapter mainly analyzes the landscape writing in the poetry of the literati Silk Road. From three perspectives of natural landscape, human landscape, and regional cultural customs,it reveals how literati show the style and appearance of Silk Road space in Silk Road poetry.Natural landscape focuses on the structural differences of landscape among various stages, from the mapping of historical time and space to the reducibility of regional space, and then to the "contraction" of the frontier landscape.Human landscape mainly refers to cultural sites like Buddhist temples, mountain passes and city walls, focusing on the relationship between historical sites and literati feelings and interests.Regional cultural customs attempt to reveal the poets’ different attitudes towards diverse customs and their national psychology inwardly.Chapter four explores some phenomenon from the perspective of poetry creation. The cultural spirit of The Han Dynasty is of great significance to Tang poetry.Yuefu poetry is the link for the inheritance of the cultural spirit of Han Dynasty, and its creation has not been interrupted since Han Dynasty to Tang Dynasty,Silk Road poetry contains a large number of Yuefu about the frontier fortress; The broadness of the cultural spirit of Han Dynasty reflected in Rhapsody, and the "presenting the history by locality" creation is reflected in Silk Road poetry.Through the analysis of the inheritance pattern of these two literary traditions,we can feel the magnificent state and profound historical accumulation of the Silk Road poetry.
