Countermeasures For Protection And Inheritance Of Traditional Skills

Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,which is not only abundant in quantity,but also has many types.Expanding the picture scroll of intangible cultural heritage,our country’s intangible cultural heritage is divided into ten categories,each of which has its own characteristics and rich heritage.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress that we must maintain cultural confidence,carry forward excellent traditional culture,and strengthen the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage.Huainan has a long history and culture,with a complete range of intangible cultural heritage projects and distinctive features.Among them,the number of intangible cultural heritage of traditional skills is outstanding,with local characteristics and high cultural value.However,the status of protection and inheritance of traditional skills is not optimistic.The countermeasure research on the protection and inheritance of Huainan traditional skills is conducive to further improving the intangible cultural heritage related discipline system,enriching the connotation of intangible cultural heritage research,providing countermeasures for the protection and inheritance of local intangible cultural heritage,and empowering rural revitalization,prospering rural culture,and promoting regional economic development.At present,scholars at home and abroad have made numerous research achievements on intangible cultural heritage,mainly focusing on the concept,characteristics,problems and countermeasures of intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance.and the research on intangible cultural heritage is mainly based on qualitative research.On the basis of clarifying the general situation,protection and inheritance status of traditional skills in my country,this paper takes Huainan area as the research scope,and mainly selects three techniques of Shouzhou kiln ceramic production,tofu production and purple and gold inkstone production.Locally representative intangible cultural heritage projects of traditional craftsmanship are the research objects,using the theory of innovation,collaborative governance and sustainable development,and adopting methods such as interviews,spatial analysis,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate its endangerment and analyze the dilemma of protection and inheritance.The research results show that among the three representative traditional skills in Huainan,Shouzhou kiln pottery making technique and purple and gold inkstone making technique are in the range from generally endangered to relatively endangered,and the tofu making technique is in the range from less endangered to generally endangered.Combined with the actual situation,the protection and inheritance of Huainan traditional skills are facing some difficulties,mainly including policy reasons,intangible cultural heritage reasons,inheritor reasons,economic reasons,cultural reasons and market reasons.Based on this,constructive countermeasures for the protection and inheritance of Huainan traditional skills are put forward,in order to provide a path reference for the protection and inheritance of other traditional skills in our country.Figure 24 Table 6 Reference 134...
