Research On The Intangible Culture Protection Of Traditional Skills From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

The intangible cultural heritage is created by the people of all ethnic groups and passed down from generation to generation by the people of all ethnic groups,presenting the spiritual outlook of a nation,highlighting the ethics and morality of the people of all ethnic groups,and has important cultural value and historical research value.Due to the intangible and vulnerability of intangible cultural heritage,there are various serious problems in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in different degrees.Behind the various problems in the protection process is actually the interaction of the government,enterprises and the public in the governance process.Therefore,it is urgent to study the protection of intangible cultural heritage according to the theory of collaborative governance.Based on the above judgment,this thesis takes the theory of collaborative governance as the main analysis tool,comprehensively uses the case analysis method,semi-structured interview method and other methods,takes the intangible cultural heritage of Huainan traditional skills as the research case,and discusses the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of Huainan traditional skills in detail.In general,this thesis starts from the current situation analysis of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional skills in Huainan city,and analyzes the problems existing in the protection work based on the analysis perspective of collaborative governance theory and public goods theory,and gives targeted governance countermeasures.It is found that while the protection of intangible cultural heritage of traditional skills in Huainan city has made great achievements,it is also faced with deep difficulties such as imbalance of power and responsibility of governance subjects,lack of supporting operation mechanism and poor integration of governance resources.Investigate its root,the pattern of traditional administrative system mold,the main body in the transformation of social interest structure evolution and traditional intangible synergy protection tools single common led to the Huainan citytraditional craft non-material cultural heritage synergy protection effect of a series of problems,and the external environment objective constraints of coordination inertia further exacerbated the collaborative dilemma.To this end,need more,through clear multiple subject role positioning,improve the relevant supporting mechanism,strengthen collaborative protection concept,from information technology advice to integrate management resources comprehensive measures,such as straighten out,the government,enterprises,social organizations,individuals in the intangible cultural heritage protection,expand the multiple subject involved in the depth and breadth of intangible cultural heritage protection,to build the government leading,enterprise participation,the common protection of collaborative governance new pattern to provide a solid foundation.
