Xinjiang Capriccio is a solo piano work with strong flavor of Xinjiang music.It takes capriccio as the creation style and depicts the free and easy images of Xinjiang music.The rich timbre of the piano shows its varied sound,which effects incisively and vividly.To perform Xinjiang Capriccio well,a deeper understanding and recognition of the work is necessary.The main contents of this paper are as follows: The first chapter is to introduce the composer’s musical life experience and creation background of his works,aiming to dig out the possible influencing factors of this work;The second chapter is the ontological study of the work,then to ananlyze characteristics of its musical structure,beat and rhythm,melody and harmony;The third chapter is to explore how to accurately perform Xinjiang music works,and study the technical difficulties,pedal use,accent performance and musical mood conversion in the works.Finally,through the above analysis and research,it will summarize how to grasp works of Xinjiang music style in performance.
