Performance Analysis Of Chu Wanghua’s Piano Work Xinjiang Capriccio

"Xinjiang Capricia" is a piano solo composed by Mr.Chu Wanghua for the theme of Xinjiang,which fully embodies the style of Xinjiang music and is also a masterpiece of Mr.Chu’s love for Chinese traditional music materials.In this thesis,first of all,Mr Chu Wang Hua’s life and creation background of the works were summarized,and then from the three aspects of music materials,music form structure and harmony has carried on the detailed analysis of his works,and then described the work according to the analysis of the work contained music image,finally the author’s own learning experience and playing experience,this thesis systematically studies and analyzes the playing techniques of multi-voice,chord,cadenza,octave and pedal.The purpose of this study is to express the emotion and musical image of the work in the performance to reflect the characteristics of Xinjiang folk music,hoping to provide a reference for other performers performing this work.
