Ethnic dance is an important intangible cultural heritage in China.In the environment where motion recognition technology is widely used,there is still a blank research field on the protection and inheritance of national dance culture.Ethnic dance is also an important compulsory content in the field of dance teaching.At present,there is little research on the auxiliary training of national dance combined with computer technology.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth study on the digital protection,motion capture technology and application of national dance and motion recognition method based on skeleton information,and carries out the following research work:1)In view of the difficulties in recording and preserving ethnic minority dance,this paper studies the characteristics of five ethnic minority dance movements.Based on Kinect skeleton data acquisition technology,20 typical ethnic dance movements are selected,and the action skeleton data acquisition experiment is carried out to construct a typical ethnic minority dance movement data set.2)The action recognition method based on skeleton information is studied,the three-dimensional convolutional neural network(3D CNN)model was adjusted,and the method performance is verified by using the public data set for the recognition of typical action data sets of ethnic dances.Compared with other classical skeleton action recognition methods,the experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of 95% is obtained,which verifies the recognition performance of the model,it provides technical support for the application of auxiliary training of national dance movements.3)Based on the collection of dance movement skeleton data by Kinect sensor and the recognition of typical movements of national dance,through the research on the current situation of national dance teaching,this paper designs and develops a national dance movement auxiliary training software for national dance teaching and training,analyzes the functional system framework of the software in detail,and tests and evaluates the usability of the software interface.The research results show that the construction method of ethnic dance data set in this paper is reasonable,the recognition model has good performance in the classification of ethnic dance,effectively records and preserves ethnic dance movements,provides a new way for the digital protection of ethnic dance,and provides auxiliary training suggestions for ethnic dance teaching,which has certain practical significance for the teaching and dissemination of ethnic dance.
