| In the contemporary information society,with the development of digital technology,images and images can be copied indefinitely,and a large number of them are filled in daily life.Jean Baudrillard’s simulacrum theory attempts to explain the changing image society,from the imitation of nature to the batch reproduction under industrial production.The development of digital technology makes the simulacrum copy infinitely.The commodities in the consumer society have changed from functional products to symbolic interpretation.Through the form of images and rapid dissemination with the help of media,people are tempted to consume the virtual commodities created by images.From picture books to image reproduction,from film and television to virtual reality,simulacrum accurately reproduces the real picture,creates a more real scene than reality,immerses people,blurs the boundary between reality and virtual,and the meaning between them implodes.The development of contemporary design form is analyzed with the theory of simulacrum.Firstly,the strong influence of computer technology promotes the development of design form to simulacrum.For example,the image presentation of the building skin,the use of LED screen in the building facade makes the building itself the carrier of the image,and the visual image makes people’s perception constantly alienated;For example,in digital products,virtual clothing,three-dimensional painting,stage design using multimedia screen,from the modeling of three-dimensional software to the use of VR equipment,create virtual reality through different technologies;Art installation creates visual illusion through different materials and technologies.From mirror and water mist materials to the use of augmented reality and virtual reality technology,immersive design form and space field enrich the audience’s visual and perceptual experience.The transformation from image to simulacrum is not only the development of technology,but also the change of concept.The human way of thinking has changed from rational to irrational thinking,which requires a higher sense of dynamic experience of vision and perception.Through the exploration and summary of the simulacrum performance in various design forms,some design creation methods are found.Simulacrum exists in all aspects of life in various forms,and inevitably depends on it.Simulacrum changes the society,which has to make people re-examine the impact of simulacrum and find solutions. |
