Experimental Study On The Decoration Techniques Of "Shang Yan Su Xin Lu

As a traditional skill in China,calligraphy and painting mounting began in the northern and Southern Dynasties.It has a history of more than 1700 years.Many calligraphy and painting works can still be inherited after thousands of years.It can be seen that this technique has played an important role in the preservation of calligraphy and painting.Painting and calligraphy mounting technology has passed through thousands of years of history and has been inherited and innovated by generations of artisans.At present,it has become a relatively mature and systematic discipline.Since ancient times,scholars are not proud of studying craftsmanship,but ashamed of it.As a result,there are few systematic studies on decoration history and decoration theory in history.Most of them are mentioned in the overall arrangement,or there are one or two short paragraphs in the works of calligraphers and painters.This paper mainly combs the decoration and repair of the calligraphy and painting scrolls of Shangyan suxinlu,explores the decoration and repair concept of Zhou Erxue,clarifies the specific repair and mounting techniques in Shangyan suxinlu,strictly uses the materials in the book through practical operation experiments,restores the traditional mounting techniques,and discusses the feasibility and shortcomings of the decoration techniques recorded in the book through data comparison.By systematically discussing the painting and calligraphy decoration concepts and techniques of Tuesdays school,clarifying the decoration materials,and discussing their feasibility and consideration,it can not only help the identification of painting and calligraphy,but also play a guiding role in today’s painting and calligraphy restoration.The restoration of traditional painting and calligraphy decoration techniques not only marks the return of a cultural tradition,but also helps us better understand the principles of painting and calligraphy decoration and restoration,or exposes its drawbacks.In the pursuit of innovation,we should not forget to continue to pay attention to traditional skills.
