Blue and white porcelain painting has become more and more mature in the Yuan Dynasty.Blue and white figures,blue and white flowers and birds have become an independent branch of porcelain painting at this time.The blue and white landscape decoration has always been a sparrow in the centuries from the Tang Dynasty to the late Ming Dynasty.It was not until the late Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty that blue and white landscape porcelain painting exploded in large numbers.On the one hand,it reflects the era background of political culture in the period of great change in the late Ming Dynasty,and on the other hand,it also reveals the direction of social aesthetics in the period of rapid change.In Wanli,the Apocalypse period,independent landscape decoration began to appear on daily bowls,plates and displays.At this time,the landscape decoration was straightforward and showed a strong freehand brushwork.Rock figure painting,proportion composition and blue and white brushwork also show strong characteristics of the times.In Chongzhen and Shunzhi,blue and white porcelain painting began to breed a new era style.Muddy water method,mountain and stone texturing method and landscape poetry began to be widely used at this time,and landscape reflection appeared,which enriched the form of blue and white landscape porcelain painting.By the time of Kangxi,blue and white landscape porcelain painting had entered its heyday.Landscape porcelain painting not only reached the peak in quantity,but also changed the straightforward and rough painting method in the late Ming Dynasty to a delicate and delicate style.New blue and white materials,varieties,strokes and composition began to appear,and the landscape reflection painting method was further developed on the basis of the late Ming Dynasty,which is of contemporary significance in landscape porcelain painting,which has not been noticed and studied by scholars at present.All these make the blue and white landscape porcelain painting in Kangxi period have high artistic value.The blue and white landscape porcelain painting in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties not only reflects the evolution of the history of blue and white porcelain painting,but also the result of the combined force of multiple factors in this period.It reflects the aesthetic upgrading of the times in the background of the decline of official kilns and the rise of folk kilns,so it has high research value.
