| Hainan,a veritable ’international tourism island’,is a symbol of China’s booming tourism industry.Tourism is playing an important role in Hainan’s economic development and is changing the direction and shape of China’s tertiary industry in a whole new way.Along with the great improvement in material life,people’s demand for tourism is not just about ’playing in the mountains’,but about having more experiences in the process of travelling.The diverse needs of tourists have led to the birth of the ’tourism +’ model,in which the integration of tourism and the performing arts industry brings people a multi-dimensional experience.At the same time,the development of the immersive industry in China has also opened up new historical opportunities,with the state taking a series of measures to support the immersive industry."The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has made it a clear theme to encourage and guide the transformation of existing cultural content into immersive transplants and to enhance the richness of virtual experience content;to support theme parks and other scenic spots to develop immersive experiences through the use of cultural resources;and to support the development of new entertainment experience products such as immersive tourism and performing arts.thereby achieving a higher level of digitalisation in the cultural tourism industry.The construction of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics as a national strategy is a once-in-a-lifetime development opportunity for Hainan,and the free trade port requires avant-garde forms of tourism performing arts such as "immersive" to cater for international development,so Hainan’s tourism industry is poised to develop and form a diverse tourism performing arts imperative.In recent years,the tourism and performing arts industry has been seen as a major force in supporting the economic benefits of tourism throughout the country,and the opportunities and challenges faced by the industry have become more and more intense.In order to better promote the development of China’s tourism industry,incubators have emerged across the country with innovative tourism projects as their main incubation targets.Compared to integrated incubators,they have the advantage of more professional skills and talents,which are more conducive to the success of incubating tourism innovation projects.However,incubators for tourism performance projects are not popular at present.How to highlight regional advantages,innovate incubation mechanisms and enhance the competitiveness of incubators has become a pressing issue for tourism performance project incubation.This paper takes Hainan’s immersive tourism performing arts projects as the research object,analyses the common problems of incubators,and combines them with specific practical situations.Through literature review,field research and in-depth interviews,we gain a comprehensive understanding of the development background and current situation of representative tourism project incubators in Hainan,and provide an in-depth understanding of the collaborative relationship between both incubators and tourism projects.On this basis,the primary data on the sustainable incubation mechanism of tourism performance projects in Hainan was compiled by applying the rooting theory,primary data collected through actual research and in-depth interviews and secondary data collected through various means,and the data was coded openly,spatially and selectively to refine the corresponding concepts and categories,and the factors affecting the sustainable incubation mechanism of the projects were analysed by identifying the core categories By identifying the core categories,the factors that influence the sustainability of the incubation mechanism are analysed.Finally,a sustainable incubation mechanism model is constructed based on the results of the Root Theory analysis,and based on this,a mechanism optimisation option for the Hainan Immersive Tourism Performing Arts Project is proposed,including an incubation context optimisation mechanism,a multi-level project selection mechanism,a service model innovation mechanism,and a graduation tracking and supervision mechanism.The research on the sustainable incubation mechanism of the Hainan Immersive Tourism Performing Arts Project carried out in this paper is dedicated to improving the sustainable incubation capacity of innovative tourism performing arts projects,effectively gathering tourism resources,enhancing the core competitiveness of tourism projects,and thus realising the development strategy choice of sustainable incubation of Hainan Immersive Tourism Performing Arts Project. |
