Taking the IP image and derivative design of "Little Royal duck" food enterprise as the main research content,this paper analyzes consumers’ preference for IP image,summarizes the development trend of IP and derivatives in the industry,analyzes the artistic and commercial value of IP image and derivatives,analyzes the difficulties faced by IP image and derivatives,and starts thinking about changing the difficulties of traditional IP image and derivatives.Finally,it expounds the design effect and influence of "Little Royal duck" IP image from the aspects of brand construction,marketing and cultural value,and expounds the design concept of "Little Royal duck" IP image and derivatives from the aesthetic level,emotional level and market level.Through practice,it is found that presenting the brand "Little Royal duck" IP image with cute cartoon image can not only promote the integration of brand emotional value and commercial value,but also increase the interest and emotion of "Little Royal duck" corporate culture,break through the limitations of traditional food corporate image design,make the corporate culture break out of the limitations of text,region and language,make the information more intuitive and meet the emotional consumption demands of consumption,At the same time,it will drive economic benefits for enterprises.
