Online education industry is an industrialized educational activity that takes the Internet as the link to provide learners with educational services in online teaching,practice,examination,training and other links,so as to collect corresponding economic remuneration.The domestic online education industry has been rising since the late 1990 s,and has attracted public attention in the past few decades.China’s online education industry has developed into a generally accessible online industry by 2021.The domestic online education industry is different from the school education of offline teaching.Its characteristics mainly depend on the development of the Internet,the popularization trend of consumer groups and high requirements for subject initiative.At the same time,the online education industry also has its own development significance in the development.The online education industry has the significance of resource sharing,lifelong education and convenience and timeliness.While saving costs,it can also break through the limitations of time,place and other factors,so that groups at all stages can make full use of their spare time to improve their knowledge and ability.These meanings can make up for the shortcomings of traditional education to a great extent.The proposal of "double reduction" policy in 2021 has impacted the online education industry.It is obvious that all online education courses in primary and secondary schools in K12 stage have been taken off the shelves.This also makes the public begin to rationally realize the disadvantages of the online education industry.The online education industry has always been a supplement to the traditional education and teaching in the long-term development.The author finds that the purpose of the online education industry makes it also have its own ethical dilemma in the long-term development process.The main problems are the conflict between effectiveness and public welfare,the opposition between actual integrity and expected integrity,and the imbalance between teachers’ egoism and altruism.The main reason for these ethical dilemmas is the imbalance between heteronomy and self-discipline.Including extreme egoism,weak awareness of institutional moral capital,poor awareness of teachers’ moral self-discipline and imperfect management of relevant policies.When solving the relevant ethical dilemma,we should follow the relevant moral principles,mainly the principle of the unity of justice and benefit,the principle of integrity first,and the principle of the unity of selfishness and altruism.At the same time,the way to solve these ethical dilemmas should be to enhance the subject’s ethical consciousness and promote the moral self-discipline of the industry;As far as society is concerned,improve the industrial ethics and enhance the ethical awareness of institutional responsibility;As far as the country is concerned,strengthen the government’s regulatory function and maintain the healthy development of the industry.Only with the cooperation of self-discipline and heteronomy can the development of online education industry be more healthy and orderly.The analysis of ethical issues in the online education industry is also conducive to enrich the theoretical research basis and enhance the rational understanding of the industry by relevant staff. |
