This translation practice project comes from the first and second chapters of Towards Digital Poetics — Electronic Literature and Literary Games,aiming to explore the translation strategies of literature series.Selected chapters focus on the changes in the digital age and the more profound cultural upheavals that have taken place as a result.In addition,the book focuses on e-literature and studies the definition of e-literature.At the same time,it triggers a social discussion on the definition of the electronic age and digital literature and how to treat new things.The text belongs to the scientific literature text by analyzing the language features of the source text.This type of text usually uses accurate and objective words and has strong professionalism.It is mainly used to convey information and opinions.During the translation process,the author is required to have a certain scientific and technological knowledge reserve.Based on the characteristics of the text,the author adopts Nida’s Functional Equivalence Theory to analyze the source text from the lexical level,the syntactic level and the textual level.Under the guidance of this theory,the author adopts the domestication macroscopically,and at the same time adopts the conversion of parts of speech,the conversion of voice,the restructuring method,the positive and negative translation,etc.for different cases.A variety of translation methods make the translated text achieve the same expression effect as the source text,so that the target readers and the source text readers can have the same reading experience.
