Yellow River Theme Vocal Composition Performance Analysis

Starting from the analysis of the different connotations of the Yellow River Spirit in different periods,this paper is a basic exposition of the spirit of the Yellow River.Introducing different styles and types of musical works on the theme of the Yellow River,while also giving examples for each type of work.The six Yellow River-themed works selected for the solo concert were classified,summarized and divided into three groups according to their respective styles.The difficulties encountered in each of the works and the author’s own difficulties in singing them have all been highlighted.As regards the unearthing of the deeper emotions of the works,this paper summarizes the different connotations of each work through the analysis of the melody and lyrics,and makes a comparative analysis of the two works in the same group to distinguish the subtle differences between the two.The six songs selected for the concert are listed and explained,and the specific parts which can improve singing skills and inner emotions are listed.Combined with specific singing theories,the difficulties and key points of singing encountered in its practice are explained and analysed.Through preparations for the above six works,the explanations of the teachers in the classroom and the specific feelings of singing,starting from three major aspects,it summarizes the improvement of singing ability and the enrichment of inner emotions obtained by singing the above works on the theme of the Yellow River.
