| Jiangxi aviation historical and cultural resources are generated along with the establishment and development of the aviation industry in New China and the labor and production practice of Jiangxi aviation people,and embody the cultural achievements of aviation people in the construction of aviation industry.Its generation has gone through the arduous process of the creation stage from repairing to imitation,the growth stage from imitation to self-designed production,and the forward stage of enriching R&D products from twists and turns,forming a variety of resource types,showing unique characteristics It has the important value of transcending time and space and lasting for a long time.Therefore,in the new journey of aviation power in the new era,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth research on the development path and utilization strategy of Jiangxi aviation historical and cultural resources and other value realization issues,in order to promote the spirit of aviation serving the country and clarify the mission of aviation power.It is of great significance to accumulate ideological wisdom and cultural strength.Through the combination of historical textual research and theoretical study,the combination of literature research and field investigation,and multidisciplinary research,this paper uses Hongdu Factory News,the history of the state-owned 320 th factory,the memorabilia of the state-owned 320 th factory,Hongdu Factory News Du Chunqiu et al.,as the basis of historical data for the research,explored the practical process of the generation of Jiangxi aviation historical and cultural resources from three aspects: labor production practice,aviation product research and development,and aviation vocational education.The resource types and resource characteristics generated by Jiangxi aviation history and culture are clarified.The resource types include spiritual and cultural resources centered on "Hongdu Spirit","Strong Five Spirit" and "Aviation Serving the Country Spirit";The material and cultural resources at the core of the Hongdu Factory Newspaper and other historical materials,the display of trainer aircraft,attack aircraft and other aircraft,and the construction ofNanchang Military Theme Park and Aviation Science and Technology Museum;Political work” and “aviation corporate culture construction work” are the core business cultural resources;the resource characteristics include a profound aviation history,numerous heroic models,rich advanced deeds,and comprehensive industry coverage.It further reveals the era value of the development and utilization of Jiangxi aviation historical and cultural resources,which is to consolidate the self-confidence of Jiangxi aviation people’s dream of "aviation power country";enhance the cultural driving force for the high-quality development of Jiangxi aviation industry;enrich Jiangxi aviation academies.Educational resources and other aspects provide strong spiritual motivation.Finally,in reference to the path strategy of the development and utilization of red cultural resources,combined with the era value of Jiangxi aviation historical and cultural resources,the development path and utilization strategy of Jiangxi aviation historical and cultural value are proposed.The development path includes the combination of spiritual form analysis and physical culture development,the combination of traditional protection development and modern technology development,the combination of demonstration brand development and cultural product development,the combination of school-enterprise joint development and resource sharing development,etc.,so as to realize Jiangxi Airlines Scientific and systematic development of historical and cultural values.Utilization strategies include the synergy of the education of the Communist Party of China’s party history and the education of the spirit of serving the country by aviation,the synergy of the tour of aviation relics and the characteristic cultural tourism of Jiangxi,the synergy of the aviation theme commemorative activities and the promotion of aviation cultural products,the communication of online aviation travel and the offline aviation culture and sports.In order to realize the value of Jiangxi aviation history and culture,we strive to provide multi-dimensional and holistic ideas for reference. |
