From The Cultural Resources To The Cultural Industry: An Analysis Of Development On Historical Cultural Resource For Anyang City

Nowadays cultural industry is not only an important component of soft power of a country and a city, but has also become an important force for economic development. In the torrent of cultural industry’s development, historical cultural resource’s exploitation has become the focus and emphasis of academic research, in particular the regional historical and cultural resources to the transformation of the cultural industry. As one of the eight ancient capitals, Anyang has a long history. It is the place of discovery of Chinese earliest mature character——carapace-bone-script, and the location of world’s first museum whose theme is character——Museum of Chinese Characters. Therefore,Anyang’s resource of Chinese character is so colorful that it is the best one in its historical cultural resources and has an incomparable advantages.However, the advantages of resources have not been translated into the developmental advantages of cultural industries.The added value of cultural industries of Anyang located in a middle or lower level in Henan Province, which has a great potential for development. Therefore,based on this condition and the core of Chinese characters associated cultural resources, the author not only using fieldwork and cross-disciplinary research method to carry out the research of Anyang’s composition of historical cultural resources, present situation, problems and path of development, but also foresee the future development prospects of Anyang’s cultural industry.This paper has four parts, the first part mainly introduces the important historical cultural resources of Anyang and Anyang’s development of cultural industry.In addition, it analysis the developmental advantages of historical cultural resources.The second part mainly analysis the problems in the development of Anyang’s historical cultural resources:the composition of cultural industry’s resources is lack of coordination, tourism products and attractions are inadequate facilities, it is lack unity and coherence in the development of historical cultural resource, and it has no regulatory system in the course of development and invest, etc. The third part mainly put forward the total path of "the Government to actively guide the operation of enterprises, social participation, pluralistic development" for transforming historical cultural resources of Anyang into cultural industries, and suggest that adjustment cultural industry’s positioning, integration of cultural industry’s resources, optimize the industrial mode.Then, it will prompt Anyang walk into the right path of the cultural industry’s development. The fourth part put forward the prospects of cultural industries’s development of Anyang, proposes the bright future of building " the capital of Chinese character".
