Research And Application Of Diversity Of Composition Forms In Contemporary Gongbi Figure Painting

Contemporary work brush figure painting has diversified in its creative forms in order to meet the requirements of the new era of development.From the introduction of Western sketching to the influence of modern composition concepts,generations of artists have made great contributions to the development of Chinese brush figure painting through their exploration and research.Studying the diversity of composition forms in contemporary brushwork figure painting and improving the composition system of Chinese painting are inevitable requirements for the development of Chinese brushwork figure painting.Composition,as an important element of painting,has been richly developed from ancient times to the present,and each era has its own unique formal characteristics.Today,the development of brushwork figure painting has resulted in a form of works with modern characteristics.Under the environment of cultural intermingling between China and foreign countries,contemporary brush figure painting has been influenced by Western painting theories in its creation,and has borrowed and absorbed Western modern composition concepts in its composition forms.While inheriting the tradition,they have expanded their expressions and formed composition forms with contemporary characteristics,such as full composition,geometric composition,divided composition,and formal line composition.These forms of expression are more in line with the needs of expression of contemporary realistic themes and people’s aesthetic demands.The creation of contemporary brushwork figure painting presents a prosperous development.This paper is divided into three parts: the first part compares the composition creation of contemporary brushwork figure painting with works as an example,and analyzes the diversity of composition forms.The second part elaborates the reasons for the diversity of composition forms.In the third part,we study the composition methods of contemporary outstanding brushwork figure painters and combine them with graduation creation to improve our understanding of composition through the method of practical exploration of painting,hoping to push forward and create excellent works.
