Ci started with Yan music in the Sui Dynasty and reached its peak in the Song Dynasty,becoming the "literature of a generation".This prosperous process is inseparable from the poetic influence deepening it has experienced.The Northern Song Dynasty,as the beginning of the systematic poetry influence deepening of ci,has extraordinary significance in this process.This article attempts to outline this process from three parts: the definition of the concept of poetry influence deepening and the initial appearance of ci,the types of the occurrence process of the poetry influence deepening in the Northern Song Dynasty,and the logical connection between the textual points of the poetry influence deepening in the Northern Song Dynasty and its actual impact,and explore the complete process of poetry influence deepening in the Northern Song Dynasty.The introduction includes three aspects: the origin of the topic,the research status and research methods.It mainly introduces the current situation of the academic circles on the research,exploration,and arrangement of the texts of the Northern Song Dynasty and the historical documents related to the authors groups.The introduction explains the hope of this paper to establish a three-dimensional structure of the Northern Song Dynasty ci poetry influence deepening by connecting the two,and at the same time,it highlights the method on the combination of research and discussion in this paper.The main body consists of the following three chapters:The first chapter focuses on the definition of the concept of poetry education and the initial appearance of ci.From the pre-Qin period to the present,the development of poetry education has gone through four stages: early Confucian poetry education,Confucian traditional poetry education,critical poetry education and systematic completely poetry education.The connotation of the poetry education has changed: it has been “poetry through a high degree of artistry,with emotion as the carrier,has a profound impact on society and life in many aspects” from “gentle and honest”.The concept of poetic influence deepening also came into being,that is,"a poetic style,through textual changes such as improving the spiritual realm and broadening the emotional capacity,makes itself from insufficient artistry to artistic recognition under a wide range of aesthetics,and the scope of action ranges from narrow and cramped and covers a wide range and affects the depth from meager to profound.” Specific to the poetic style of ci: the all-encompassing and initial poetic tendencies of Dunhuang quzi ci and mid-Tang literati ci,as well as the independence and aesthetic contraction of literati and literati in the late Tang and Five Dynasties constitute the initial appearance.This is the starting point for poetry influence deepening in the ci of Northern Song Dynasty.The second chapter discusses the occurrence process of poetry influence deepening in Northern Song Dynasty from four major types: political scene,literati group,literati family and other social groups.In the political scene,the king influenced the process of poetry influence deepening from both positive and negative directions through the promotion and relegation,life and death of poets,and his own advocacy and creation.At the same time,political events such as wars and conflicts in the frontiers provided the possibility for ci to dabble in serious subjects.Criticism in a direct way in the communication of literati groups has a profound impact on the style of ci texts.The changes in the use of ci by literati in communication further excavated the practicality of ci.The forms of criticism represented by ci,order sets,and ci theory works provide conditions for the maturity of ci at the acceptance level.The literati family provided a continuous good environment and material support for the poetry influence deepening.And other social groups,mainly prostitutes,are the important energy that retains the artistic features such as musicality and entertainment flavor in the development of ci.The third chapter is based on the meaning of the poetry influence deepening,from the changes of musicality and style of poetry and the development of artistry due to emotion,the diversification of the brush strokes and the broadening of the scope of action,the expansion of the coverage of the subject matter and the deepening of the degree of influence.The three sets of correspondences discuss the logical relationship between the textual characteristics of the Northern Song Dynasty ci and its actual influence changes after it has undergone the poetry influence deepening.
