The Dissemination And Rewriting Of Water Margin In Korean Peninsula

The long history of Chinese culture has influenced the surrounding filed,which also promotes the civilized development of "Chinese Character Cultural Circle".As one of the "Four Great Classical Novels" of China in the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasty,Water Margin was introduced to the Korean Peninsula in the early Joseon Dynasty,and had a profound influence on the literary creation of the Korean Peninsula.There were various local regenerated literary works emerging continuously,such as The Biography of Hong Jitong,The Biography of General Hong,Lin Juzheng and so on.In the new era,with the continuous development of the national strength of China and the continuous improvement of the international status of China,the researches on the oversea-communication of Chinese cultural literature gradually became a hot topic in the academic circles.Among the previous studies on the oversea-communication and influences of Water Margin,there were few studies on the Korean Peninsula,which needed to be further explored.This paper systematically studies the communication of Water Margin in the Korean Peninsula and its influences on narrative literature of the Korean Peninsula from the perspective of comparative literature,combining with research methods such as big data,literature method,and close reading,targeting at providing beneficial references to effectively improve the global communication of Chinese language culture in the new era.First of all,the paper studies the version overviews of Water Margin,with the help of the database,by sorting out the ancient book Water Margin collected in the Korean Classical Comprehensive Network and Kui Zhangge;Secondly,the paper analyzes and discusses the communication history,the channels and the effects by applying literature researches.There are various versions of Water Margin collected in Korea nowadays,including the Seventy,the One hundred and tenth,the One hundred and Twentieth version.According to the researches,according to the current knowledge,Water Margin was introduced to Korea as early as around 1607.As it was recorded in the Xingsuo Fubugao written by Xu Yun,Water Margin may originally be bought by the literati Xu Yun when he visited China with the ambassador team.After Water Margin was introduced to the Korean Peninsula,it gradually influenced the creation of local historical novels on the Korean Peninsula,"Rewriting" works based on "Water Margin" continue to emerge.This paper selects the famous literary works of the Korean Peninsula,such as The Biography of Hong Jitong,The Biography of General Hong,and Lin Juzheng as the research objects,and studies the influences of Water Margin on narrative literature of the Korean Peninsula,including story lines,character images and narrative arts from the perspective of comparative literature,local regenerated literary works are constantly being produced.In addition,this paper also makes a supplementary analysis of the "rewriting" comics and "rewriting" film creations of the modern "Water Margin" in South Korea.This research comprehensively applies interdisciplinary research methods such as database,literature research and comparative literature,to conduct multi-dimensional studies on the communication of Water Margin in the Korean Peninsula and its influences on the narrative literature of the Korean Peninsula.Because of the cultural filtering phenomenon,the novels written in the Korean peninsula not only imitate and borrow from the Water Margin,but also,to a certain extent,innovate with the local culture.as well as to study the innovative research methods of establishing the oversea-communication and influences of Chinese classic literature.
