Study On Psychological Care Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Left Over Children

Since the reform and opening,China’s economic has developed rapidly and the urbanization rate has been increasing.However,in the process of urbanization,a series of social problems have also emerged.The problem of leftover children is one of them,which has been highly valued and widely concerned by the state and society.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should care for the leftover children,leftover aged,improve working mechanisms and measures,and strengthen management and services so that they can feel the warmth of the socialist family.In 2016,the State Council issued the opinions on strengthening the care and protection of rural leftover children,which pointed out the way and direction from the top-level design for the solution of the problem of leftover children.After years of efforts,the living environment and school conditions of rural leftover children have been significantly improved,but there are still some deficiencies in the psychological care of leftover children.The situation of emphasizing material care over psychological care is common,which makes some leftover children have serious mental health problems.Therefore,we must increase the psychological care for rural leftover children.Chongqing is the most typical representative area of China’s urban-rural dual economic structure,and it is also the first batch of "experimental area for comprehensive supporting reform of urban-rural overall planning".Taking f County of Chongqing as the research object,based on the background of the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,based on the theory of "multi center governance",this paper studies the psychological care and protection of rural leftover children in F County by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and discussion,and analyzes the current situation of psychological care and protection of rural leftover children in F county,The focus is to analyze the existing problems and the causes of the problems.Finally,combined with the advanced experience and Enlightenment of solving the psychological care and protection of leftover children at home and abroad,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the psychological care and protection system of rural leftover children in F County.The full text is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the research background and research opinions of the article,and reviews the relevant research literature on leftover children at home and abroad.The second part is related concepts and theories.It clarifies the concept of "leftover children" and "psychological problems of leftover children" involved in the article,introduces the relevant theories involved in the article,and analyzes the psychological care of leftover children by using marginalization theory and hierarchy of needs theory,Finally,based on the polycentric governance theory,this paper puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions.The third part analyzes the current situation of psychological care for rural leftover children in F county.This paper mainly introduces the basic situation of rural leftover children in F County,and makes a sampling survey on the mental health status of rural leftover children in F county and the current situation of psychological care for rural leftover children in F county.The fourth part is to find out the problems existing in the psychological care of rural leftover children in F County,and analyze the reasons.The fifth part is the advanced experience and Enlightenment of solving the problem of psychological care for leftover children in China.The sixth part puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions to improve the psychological care level of rural leftover children according to the actual situation of F county.The last part is the research summary and the next research direction.
