The impact of psychological capital on job performance has formed a consensus in academic research and enterprise management practice,which plays a positive guiding role in enterprise human resource management.With the deepening of research,some scholars began to put forward the concept of team psychological capital.This paper believes that in the development of modern enterprises,team operation has become the main form of work,which has more significant organizational resource advantages than individuals.Therefore,it is more positive to explore the impact of team psychological capital on work performance.Based on this,this paper selects the relationship between team psychological capital and individual work performance as the research topic,and selects 548 employees from 92 teams to carry out the research.This paper first introduces the research background and significance,introduces the research methods and technical route.From the psychological capital,team psychological capital,team support and job performance,this paper summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad.At this stage,the research on psychological capital mainly selects enterprise employees as the research object,while the research on team psychological capital is relatively less.Based on this,this paper selects team as the research object,focusing on the impact of team psychological capital on job performance.This paper analyzes the relationship between team psychological capital and individual work performance,analyzes the relationship between team members’ psychological capital and individual work performance,and analyzes the relationship between team members’ psychological capital,team support and individual work performance.On this basis,this paper puts forward research hypotheses,and constructs a theoretical model based on the above analysis to provide guidance for the follow-up research.On the basis of the above research,carry out research design,determine the corresponding measurement scale for each variable of this paper,design the corresponding questionnaire,and carry out pre survey on the questionnaire to ensure the validity and reliability of the questionnaire.This paper selects 548 employees from 92 teams to carry out a survey to empirically analyze the impact of team psychological capital on individual work performance.Descriptive,correlation and difference analysis are conducted on the survey data.The results show that team level characteristics have no significant impact on team psychological capital and team support,Individual level characteristics have no significant effect on individual psychological capital and individual job performance.The results show that team psychological capital has a significant positive impact on individual work performance,and team support and individual psychological capital have a complete mediating role in the impact of team psychological capital on individual work performance.Finally,it summarizes the research content of this paper,draws conclusions,and puts forward suggestions to improve individual work performance based on the research understanding of this paper.
