Research On Development Strategy Of Sports Dance Training Institutions In Zhengzhou City Based On SWT-AHP Model

As an important part of social sports system,social sports training industry has a good development prospect under the background of building a strong country in sports and implementing the outline of Healthy China 2030 Program.In recent years,China’s dancesport training institutions develop rapidly,in many big cities,the number of dancesport training institutions is increasing.However,in terms of the persistence and standardization of development,there are still many problems in sports dance training institutions.Since the implementation of the "double reduction" policy in July 2021,dancesport training institutions have ushered in new development opportunities.In this context,this paper has carried out investigation and research on zhengzhou sports dance training institutions and put forward targeted suggestions for their development strategies,which has positive practical significance.On the basis of combing existing relevant research,this paper uses sampling survey method and questionnaire survey method to investigate the development of 20 sports dance training institutions in Zhengzhou,and uses SWOT analysis method to conduct qualitative analysis on the internal advantages and disadvantages of these institutions as well as external opportunities and threats.AHP analysis method is used to quantitatively analyze the factors affecting the development of sports dance training institutions in Zhengzhou,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.The internal advantages of Zhengzhou sports dance training institutions are as follows: students have positive learning motivation,sports dance exercise can promote the physical and mental development of students,and the hardware facilities are relatively complete;The internal disadvantages are: the quality of teachers is uneven,the internal management is extensive,the marketing strategy is more traditional,the gender ratio of teachers and students is unbalanced;The external opportunities are: the promotion of national policies,the high level of economic development of Zhengzhou,the rich educational resources of colleges and universities;External threats are: the impact of the epidemic prevention and control,the lack of sports dance culture,sports dance training market disorderly competition.2.Based on the ANALYSIS of internal and external factors of sports dance training institutions in Zhengzhou based on SWT-AHP model,it is concluded that the order of importance of internal and external factors of sports dance training in Zhengzhou is as follows: External threat > external opportunity > internal disadvantage > internal advantage.The results show that zhengzhou dance sports training institutions should give priority to the OT compensation strategy and seize the opportunity to deal with the threat.Meanwhile,WT defensive strategy and WO-fighting strategy should be adopted as auxiliary to overcome the disadvantage,seize the opportunity and deal with the threat.According to the results of investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the development strategy of zhengzhou sports dance training institutions.1.Within the sports dance training,institutions should strengthen self-perfection and constantly improve their core competitiveness.It is necessary to grasp favorable policies and make long-term goals;To treat the epidemic objectively and formulate prevention and control plans;Using diversified means of publicity to improve the efficiency of publicity;Strengthen internal management,improve management level;Speed up the training of quality teachers;Innovative development of curriculum content;Deep development of the market,mining potential students;Strengthen the introduction of male teachers and the guidance of male students;Strengthen the awareness of service,increase the stickiness of students;We will actively explore school-enterprise cooperation models.2.Outside dancesport training institutions,associations and governments should strengthen industry norms.Zhengzhou Dancesport Association should play a leading role,actively hold high-level dancesport events,perfect the dancesport grading system,and strengthen the daily supervision and inspection of zhengzhou dancesport training institutions.The government should perfect the relevant management system,strengthen supervision,publishing agencies "black list",for part of the unqualified institutions to carry out real-time screen and increase the intensity of rectification,resolutely bar to institutions in violation of school,for the development of sports dance industry build good development atmosphere,institutions,associations and government work together to promote the sustainable development of zhengzhou city sports dance training institutions.
