The Hubei-Henan-Anhui Central Branch was established on May 12,1931.It is a dispatched agency of the Central Committee and belongs to the highest-level party leadership in the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Revolutionary Base.The thesis uses the research method of document analysis and historical theory,and takes the historical materials of "The Collection of Revolutionary History Documents in Hubei,Henan,and Anhui" as the main basis,and studies the internal composition,scope of power and important activities of the leadership of the central branch of Hubei,Henan,and Anhui.exposition.The internal composition of the central branch,the leading members,internal institutions and subordinate institutions of the central branch in Hubei,Henan and Anhui are expounded.During the Agrarian Revolutionary War,since its establishment,the Central Sub-bureau has focused on solving the food famine in the revolutionary base areas of the Soviet area.According to the actual situation of Hubei,Henan and Anhui regions,a series of measures such as mutual aid in planting grains were adopted,which greatly alleviated the basic people’s livelihood problems caused by the shortage of food in the Soviet area.Due to the problem of uneven land distribution under the influence of left-leaning errors,the implementation of a series of policy documents has made good achievements in grain work and land distribution in the Hubei,Henan,Anhui and Jiangsu regions.During the Anti-Encirclement and Suppression War,the Central Branch responded to the Central Committee’s call,conveyed the Central Committee’s instructions,improved the party’s grass-roots organization,actively developed party members and the army,and strengthened the revolutionary team.The army has trained a large number of military and political cadres,which has played a huge role in developing the politics and culture of the Soviet area.The Red Army and the militia organizations carried out the third and fourth anti-encirclement and suppression wars under the leadership of the Central Branch of Hubei,Henan,and Anhui.This shows that the Central Branch of Hubei,Henan,and Anhui is proceeding from reality,exerting creativity,leading party branches at all levels and local governments to break through the predicament and break the encirclement and suppression.The Central Branch of Hubei,Henan and Anhui led the government,military and civilians,and mass organizations in the Hubei,Henan,and Anhui Revolutionary Bases to carry out the Red Expansion Movement,the Land Revolution,the Anti-Revolutionary Movement and the Third and Fourth Anti-Encirclement and Suppression Wars.According to the actual situation of the Hubei,Henan,and Anhui Soviet areas,put forward many correct guiding theories and timely combat strategies.It provided a solid foundation for the development of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,and made outstanding contributions to the consolidation of the red regime in Hubei,Henan and Anhui and the development of the Soviet area.
