Shadow puppetry is a comprehensive art form,and the research and teaching of shadow puppet music in colleges and universities is the key to deepening and dispersing non-genetic inheritance.Since 2020,the state has successively issued documents such as the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education in the New Era" and the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage".The document clarifies the tasks of strengthening intangible cultural heritage investigation,recording and research,and increasing the dissemination and popularization of intangible cultural heritage.It also points out that it is necessary to strengthen the intangible cultural heritage subject system and professional construction in colleges and universities,and public art courses should be based on the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Art classic education is the main content.In 2018,Zhengzhou University was approved as the first batch of national excellent traditional Chinese culture inheritance bases(shadow puppets)in general colleges and universities.Relying on the shadow puppet base,Zhengzhou University opened the excellent course "Chinese Shadow Puppet Art Appreciation",which is responsible for the popularization,inheritance and development of shadow puppets.By sorting out the research and teaching related achievements of shadow puppet music in Zhengzhou University,I have conducted in-depth research on the classic play"Wu Hu Ping Nan"of the national intangible cultural heritage Tongbai shadow puppet play.Appreciation" course sample,conducted a research and exploratory shadow puppet music teaching design.On the one hand,this paper is conducive to the smooth progress of the teaching process and the efficient completion of the teaching tasks of the course "Appreciation of Chinese Shadow Puppet Art",giving full play to the advantages of Zhengzhou University as a comprehensive university in the popularization and dissemination of shadow puppetry,and promoting the protection,inheritance and development of shadow puppetry..On the other hand,it is helpful for the construction of the shadow puppet base of Zhengzhou University,the construction of first-class colleges,the continuation of the tradition of quality education and the training of talents for all-round development.This thesis is divided into four chapters.The introduction part includes the origin and significance of the research,research review,definition of related concepts,research methods and innovations.The first chapter analyzes the current situation of shadow puppet music teaching in Zhengzhou University from five aspects: policy perspective,school perspective,department perspective,platform perspective,and team perspective,and points out the necessity of studying "Wu Hu Ping Nan" and shadow puppet music teaching design;The second chapter is the music analysis of Tongbai’s shadow play "Wu Hu Ping Nan".The author went to the home of artist Cai Zhengxiang in Tongbai County to make an audio recording of "Wu Hu Ping Nan",and obtained a lot of first-hand information.Then,the musical score of the shadow play "Wu Hu Ping Nan" was recorded,and it was deeply analyzed from the aspects of vocal music,instrumental music,arias,etc.In addition,based on the principle of maintaining the original ecology of shadow play,the notation method of shadow play was studied and proposed;The third chapter is the music teaching design of Tongbai’s shadow play "Wu Hu Ping Nan".This chapter firstly sorts out and studies fifteen aspects such as the origin and development,distribution and regional genre,color selection and production process,operation and stage performance of Chinese shadow puppetry,which are used as materials for the teaching design of shadow puppet music.Then,taking "Wu Hu Ping Nan" as the main material and expanding it to related materials of Chinese shadow puppetry,using the world-famous teaching method,through the simulation teaching attempt after class,the shadow puppet music teaching design is carried out from four aspects: appreciation,singing,instrumental music,and creation;The fourth chapter is the reflection and prospect of the shadow puppet music teaching research in Zhengzhou University,mainly from four aspects:how to stick to the tradition,how to innovate,how to teach,and how to learn,and the outlook from the two aspects of whole-person education and technology empowerment.My writing is still shallow,and I hope to use this article to research and promote the process of shadow puppet music research and teaching in colleges and universities,so as to inherit intangible cultural heritage music and help cultural self-confidence.
