Henan Tongbai's Shadow Play And The Research On Modeling Of The Modern Shadow Play

The shadow play is an extremely ancient folk performing arts. With the developing science and technology, the molding and audio visual effect of the shadow play can no longer meet the requirements of modern society and the necessity for people's daily life. How to promote the shadow play is an essential problem .To be Innovative, I think that the premise of job must be profound understanding of the traditional art. Then we can combine the Tongbai's shadow play form with the development of modern society and create the plastic arts which are suitable for a modern aesthetic.The thesis can be divided into five chapters .Chapter one and chapter two give an objective description of historical origins, developing process,general situation and artistic feature of Tongbai's shadow play in Henan Province. The goal is to enable the readers to have a relatively clear concept of Tongbai's shadow play and to have certain understanding. Chapter three focuses on the analysis about traditional language of the plastic arts of Henan Tongbai's shadow play.The production process of the creation of Tongbai's shadow play and shape classification are introduced, and we get the shape characteristics of Tongbai's shadow play under the background of analysis on difference between the other areas' shadow play and Tongbai's. Chapter four describes the transmission of the language arts of Tongbai's shadow play modeling .Its evolution history, functional characteristics and comment are also analyzed and discussed. Based on the design works, the heritage and the innovation process of Henan Tongbai's shadow play and the language of the modern show paly modeling are mainly discussed. It is the most important part in this section.Tongbai's shadow play reveal new vigor and vitality by means of making new modeling of shadow play and recording the Short Play. It also greatly promotes the inheritance, development and transmission of Tongbai's shadow play.
