Teaching Design And Implementation Of Status Of Women And Gender Equality

Theme-based teaching mode is a teaching mode of theme-based teaching,which originated from the University of Chicago in the early 20 th century and has been widely used in teaching in various fields at home and abroad after years of development.Because theme-based teaching combines language and content,language and culture,language and scene,language and communication,it is in line with the requirements of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,especially oral English,and has been gradually applied to oral Chinese teaching in recent years.For advanced Chinese learners,there is still a problem in oral output after they master a lot of language knowledge such as vocabulary and grammar.Such learners tend to neglect the cultivation of oral ability.The meaningful communicative situation constructed by theme-based teaching can effectively improve this problem.Therefore,in this paper,the topic type teaching mode in the application of advanced oral Chinese class teaching as a research subject,in the topic type teaching mode related concepts and theories briefly,according to the existing Chinese learners level,aiming at learning needs,the topic type teaching mode applied to the practice of yunnan university senior oral English teaching,Taking the course "Women’s Status and Gender Equality" in Advanced Chinese Listening and Speaking Course Volume 1as an example,the teaching design and implementation of "feminism" theme is carried out.The extracurricular theme investigation and research activities are the highlight of this design.Finally,through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of this teaching practice,and then reflect on the thematic teaching of advanced Oral Chinese class,put forward corresponding suggestions,and further develop the advanced oral Chinese teaching model and theory.Practice has proved that for Chinese learners,theme-related knowledge can be integrated according to the theme,and inquiry-based learning can be completed to ultimately improve Chinese expression and communication skills.For Chinese teachers,it can provide cases and references for advanced Oral Chinese teaching.Therefore,theme-based teaching is a practical and efficient mode of oral Chinese teaching,and has a certain value of promotion.
