advanced civilization relatively pierced all the old Chinese ideas,and also caused the binary contradiction in modern society.Chinese modern writers began to pay attention to the west,trying to change China’s old cultural ideas with the help of western advanced cultural ideas,and make China’s traditional literature move towards the modern development path.At this time,Fei Ming,as a modern intellectual,made different literary explorations.Fei Ming’s novel creation is the vanguard representative of modern novels and full of personality consciousness.Fei Ming plays a pioneering role in the history of Chinese novels.On the one hand,he is known as the pioneer of Beijing school and the flag bearer of Beijing school after Zhou Zuoren,which has deeply influenced other people of Beijing school.On the other hand,He is also the successor of "local literature".His understanding of the relationship between "Modernity" and "tradition" in the west is unique.He has received systematic western education,western modern literary creation,and accepted the modern creative concept of Western literature.On the basis of learning western literature and in the process of ruminating western literature,he does not simply "transform" the tradition.With a modern vision,he found a part in the expression of Chinese traditional literature that is consistent with western modern creation,Found the modernity in Chinese classical literature and realized the irreplaceable value of traditional literature.It is on this premise that his creation is very different from that of learning from the mainstream of western realism.Fei Ming painted his modern ideal world with the "color pen in the dream" created by traditional literature.The novel seems traditional and classical,but he accepted the western modern creation view,paid attention to people’s inner soul and completed the thinking of life.The spiritual core is modern and expressed modernity in traditional creation methods,It has injected new vitality into the development of Chinese new literature.This pursuit of independent literary spirit also reflects Fei Ming’s loneliness on the road of literary creation.His loneliness comes from the difference between his creative concept and mainstream literary creation.This paper attempts to take the unique style of his novel creation as the starting point to explore the traditional and modern performance of Fei Ming’s novels in modern Chinese literary creation,so as to make readers better understand Fei Ming’s creative thought,and also make researchers get some inspiration from adhering to the methods of inheriting and innovating the development of Chinese literature.This paper consists of three parts:The first part describes the unique style of Fei Ming’s creation.In the 1930 s,under the background of globalization in pursuit of western modernization,the way of creation also gradually moved closer to western literature.Under the influence of Western literature,Fei Ming walked out of a road different from western realistic creation and looked for another expression outside the mainstream creation.Fei Ming’s novel creation pays attention to the creation of artistic conception atmosphere,shows the aesthetic signs of poetic harmony,and has the shadow of "traditional" literary creation.The traditional factor in Fei Ming’s creation is the inheritance of classical literature,has high literary value,and plays an important role in the development and continuation of traditional literature.The second part starts with the expression of "Modernity" embodied in Fei Ming’s creation,and analyzes the coincidence between the creative methods derived from Chinese traditional literature and the creative methods of Western modernity.On the basis of understanding and learning western creative skills,he integrates the expression of Chinese traditional literature into modern creation.Fei Ming’s novels seem classical,but Fei Ming is not a simple return to tradition and a modern creation expressed in traditional ways,Fei Ming’s novels play a constructive role in the development of modern Chinese literature,improve the development map of modern Chinese novels,and guide the creation of future generations.The third part analyzes and summarizes Fei Ming’s "modern" creative view and the limitations and breakthroughs of his creative thought.On the basis of accepting western modern creation,Fei Ming found that western modern creation was consistent with traditional literature,which made Fei Ming reflect on Western modernity and formed a special view of modernity.Analyze and sort out how Fei Ming accepted western creative ideas and how he understood traditional literature,expressed modernity with the help of tradition and created "modern" novels.Fei Ming looks at the world from the perspective of modern people.When he finds that there is a deviation between the real world and his own cognition,Fei Ming returns to the literary noumenon and integrates his own aesthetic interest.He not only echoes with modern literature in terms of novel structure,language and other forms,but also full of modern spirit.Fei Ming faces the dilemma of human existence to explore the meaning of life,Using art to think and express reflects different "interests" of modern creation,so as to explain and understand the embodiment of Fei Ming’s modern creation view in the ideological connotation of the novel.Fei Ming’s novels show us modern life philosophy,and he takes the free life will advocated by the West as his own aesthetic spirit,and analyzes the major breakthrough of Fei Ming’s unique creation and the limitations of local literature in the history of literature. |
