Study On Public Satisfaction Of Purchasing Public Cultural Performance Service By Kunming Government

Government purchase is an innovation of public cultural service supply mode and an important measure to promote the modernization of public cultural service system.The construction of public cultural service system should be people-centered,with meeting the cultural needs of the masses as the anchor point and public satisfaction as the focus of performance measurement,so as to effectively realize the effective docking of supply and demand.The public cultural performance service is widely loved by the public,and government purchase has become the main form of supplying this service,but further investigation and research are needed to determine whether the supply results are well received by the public and whether the public is satisfied.Based on the ACSI model,this paper constructs a public satisfaction model for government purchase of public cultural performance services and conducts an empirical study on the level of public satisfaction.Firstly,this paper firstly elaborates on the background,purpose and significance of the study and compares the relevant literature at home and abroad.Secondly,the key concepts in the paper are defined and the theoretical basis is elaborated.Again,based on the literature,a theoretical model of public satisfaction with government purchase of public cultural performance services is constructed and the research hypothesis is proposed.Then,a questionnaire design was conducted and data were collected from five districts in the main city of Kunming.After that,SPSS software and Amos software were used to statistically and analytically analyze the data,test the model and research hypotheses,finalize the public satisfaction model,and calculate the public satisfaction index.Through the empirical analysis,it was found that: 1.the overall public satisfaction with the government’s purchase of public cultural performance services in Kunming is at a medium to high level,among which the public expectation,public satisfaction,and public loyalty are high,the public complaints are low,and the perceived quality needs further improvement.2.the results of the difference statistical analysis show that there is no statistically significant difference in the evaluation of public satisfaction with the government’s purchase of public cultural performance services in terms of gender.There is no statistically significant difference between public expectations and public satisfaction,but there is a positive relationship with perceived quality;the determinant of public satisfaction is perceived quality,and the two are positively correlated;public satisfaction will positively affect public loyalty and negatively affect public Public satisfaction will positively affect public loyalty and negatively affect public complaints;there is no significant relationship between public loyalty and public complaints.Based on the findings of the study,the public satisfaction of public cultural performance services purchased by the government should be improved by meeting public cultural expectations,improving perceived quality,encouraging public participation,and establishing a regular mechanism of public satisfaction survey.
