Lancang-mekong cooperation is an important part of the "Belt and Road" initiative.With China’s growing international influence and LMC progress,people in the countries along the Lancang-mekong cooperation are eager to learn the Chinese language,more and more colleges and universities have set up the major of teaching Chinese as the a second language.Yunnan province,as a leading province of Lancang-mekong cooperation,has also witnessed a continuous increase in the number of universities offering this major.Making full use of this advantage,it has become a new trend for local colleges and universities to offer local culture courses in Chinese international education curriculum system.In this paper,two Yunnan universities,Honghe University and Puer University,are taken as the research objects.It is found that the two universities have not yet offered local culture courses,in the cultural class curriculum existence may optimize the place..This article is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the necessity and feasibility analysis of the local cultural courses,starting from the political background of LMC,the goal of building a strong cultural province in Yunnan Province,the need for regional construction of universities,the advantages of local cultural resources,and the situation of Chinese language promotion universities,etc.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of the cultural courses of teaching Chinese as the a second language major in the two universities,there are some problems in the cultural courses of the two universities,such as the lack of local characteristics,the low degree of cooperation with other specialized courses,and the single way of evaluation and examination.Is the second chapter of this article;The third part is the investigation and research of setting up the local culture course,through the questionnaire investigation and the interview investigation to explore the factors influencing the setting up of the local culture course,including the available local cultural resources,,teaching methods and assessment methods,is the third chapter of this paper;The fourth part puts forward the idea of offering local cultural courses oriented to LMC from four aspects of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,teaching methods and evaluation,and based on teachers,students,schools to make recommendations,is the fourth chapter of this article.
