As one of the types of knowledge guided and applied in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,the practical knowledge of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language not only relies on the Chinese teachers themselves for circular development,but also flows within the teaching organization of Chinese as a foreign language.If we can take effective measures to manage this knowledge,realize the creation and accumulation of knowledge in the organization,and form rich organizational assets,it will not only break through the limitations of teachers’ personal development of practical knowledge,but also effectively improve the quality and quality of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.In order to explore the practical knowledge generation path for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language within the organization,on the basis of sorting out the research materials and defining related concepts,the paper selects the knowledge generation theory related to the SECI model as the theoretical basis,and tries to construct the existing knowledge generation in the teaching organization of Chinese as a foreign language.Inside the organization there are three practical knowledge generation paths:Socialization-Externalization-Combination-Internalization(SECI),SocializationExternalization-Internalization(SEI),and Socialization-CombinationInternalization(SCI).In addition,given that the organization is not a closed system,there are three practical knowledge generation paths in cross-organization:IntegrationSocialization-Externalization-Combination-Internalization(I-SECI),IntegrationSocialization-Externalization-Internalization(I-SEI),Integration-SocializationCombination-Internalization(I-SCI).On the basis of theoretical analysis,through literature analysis,double case comparison,field observation and in-depth interviews and other research methods,the domestic colleges and universities teaching Chinese as a foreign language organization and Chinese language education social organization are respectively selected to generate practical knowledge for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language in the organization.The path is investigated,the theoretical analysis is verified,The main research findings are:1.SECI,SEI,SCI,I-SECI,I-SEI,I-SCI six practical knowledge generation paths for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language exist in social education institutions and college organizations;2.Knowledge generation in social education institutions Most of the paths occur in the induction training stage,and most of the knowledge generation paths organized by colleges and universities occur in the postemployment stage;3.The types of activities in social education institutions are relatively fixed and the frequency is low,while the types of activities organized by colleges and universities are more diverse and the frequency is high;4.Compared with teachers in social education institutions,teachers of Chinese as a foreign language organized by colleges and universities are more active in participating in activities;5.Compared with social education institutions,the cross-organizational generation path of practical knowledge of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language organized by colleges and universities is more obvious.In order to complete the knowledge generation path in the organization,promote the generation and creation of practical knowledge in the organization,realize the exchange and diffusion of knowledge,and accumulate the assets of the organization,according to the existing situation,it is proposed for individual Chinese as a foreign language teacher,Chinese as a foreign language teaching organization,government and industry organizations corresponding recommendations.Restricted by practical conditions,this study only investigated two Chinese as a foreign language teaching organizations.In order to improve the accuracy and representativeness of the research conclusions,it is hoped that the number of samples can be increased in the future,and a large-scale investigation of other Chinese as a foreign language teaching organization can be carried out to improve the teaching organization of Chinese as a foreign language.The general law of teachers’ practical knowledge generation in middle school.
