Abstract:Nowadays, with a development of globalization around the world, the Chinese international education as a rapid growing field has attracted many attentions from internal and abroad. TCSOL teacher’s in the universities mainly includes two groups:enrolled staff and off-staff. For the aspect of practical knowledge, enrolled teacher was better than off teacher, and there are differences between practical knowledge and formulation. For the aspect of teaching effectiveness, there have no obvious differences between enrolled teacher and off teacher. The aim of this study was to compare teacher’s practical knowledge between enrolled and off-time teacher through their teaching effect. Using case study, classroom observation, stimulate recall report, personal history analysis, questionnaire and comparative analysis, it was found the useful result and get the conclusion, which put forward some suggestions and measures for training international Chinese teacher in the further. |
