With the development of society,the social value,cultural value and economic value of intangible cultural heritage have attracted unprecedented attention around the world.These values have become unique cultural symbols accumulated in the long-term historical development and evolution of a country and a nation.China has a long history and culture,and the intangible cultural heritage is rich in types and forms,which contains the unique national spirit,way of thinking and cultural consciousness of the Chinese nation.However,with the rapid development of economy,the continuous drive of globalization and the strong impact of multi-culture,the traditional intangible cultural heritage has been gradually forgotten by the public,and the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage needs to be solved urgently.Using modern means to inherit and protect intangible cultural heritage has become the primary issue considered by many experts and scholars,among which the industrialization development of intangible cultural heritage will be the development direction of non-inheritance and protection.As an intangible cultural heritage of Rizhao,black pottery has developed in recent years,but the overall development scale is small,the form is single,and the participation of multiple subjects is not enough.There is still a lot of room for progress in its active inheritance.In the multi-subjects of the industrialization of intangible cultural heritage development,the government,tourism enterprises and non-hereditary inheritors assume important responsibilities and missions,and the three stakeholders will launch a fierce game to pursue their own interests.This study creatively applies game theory to the research field of non heritage industrialization,this study analyzes and studies the industrialization development of intangible cultural heritage in Rizhao,focusing on the roles and tasks undertaken by the government,tourism enterprises and non-hereditary inheritors in the development process of Rizhao black pottery industry.This study is mainly divided into the following seven parts: The first part studies the research background,purpose,significance and status quo of the industrialization of intangible cultural heritage.The second part introduces the definition and theoretical basis of relevant concepts of intangible cultural heritage industrialization.The third part of the investigate on Rizhao black pottery industrialization status,and Rizhao black pottery industrialization degree is in low level with analyses.The fourth part constructs the mathematical model of stakeholders of intangible cultural heritage industrialization and carries on the game analysis to stakeholders involved in the industrialization process through the model.In the fifth part,the game analysis is made by combining the model with the actual situation of Rizhao black pottery industry.The sixth part combined with the game analysis results raises the Rizhao black pottery industry development countermeasures.The government must supervise and manage the industrialization development of intangible cultural heritage of tourism enterprises,protect the sustainable development of black pottery intangible cultural heritage,and provide policy guidance,institutional guarantee,and support for industrialization platform construction.Tourism enterprises should increase investment,on the one hand,increase investment in industrial parks,museums,workshops,and marketing service system construction in the process of black pottery industrialization,and on the other hand,increase investment in non-hereditary inheritors.Non-hereditary inheritors should do a good job in the inheritance of black pottery skills and talent training,strengthen training and learning,research,and innovation,do research in the inheritance,innovation in the research,keep pace with the times,and realize the active inheritance of intangible heritage.The seventh part summarizes the main conclusions,deficiencies and the direction of further research and improvement.
