Tchaikovsky’s three dance dramas are far-reaching influential and attract the attention of the world.In particular,the Nutcracker,known as the "Christmas ballet",is even more popular with audiences of all ages.After the work,Pletnev selected several classic fragments and adapted them into a solo piano song,which became a popular song among many pianists in the concert.This paper takes Pletnev’s adaptation as the research object,starts with the original dance music,and analyzes the two.This paper consists of three parts,the first is the introduction part,mainly combined with the found domestic and foreign literature analysis and research situation,through the use of reasonable research methods to put forward the specific research content and get the research purpose and significance of this paper.The second is the main part of this paper,which consists of two chapters.The first chapter introduces the two composers and their works respectively.The second chapter is to analyze the adaptation from four aspects: pedal,arpeggio,jump and octave.Finally,the conclusion part,through the further analysis and summary of the work to draw the conclusion,so as to realize the research value of the paper.
