Activities Of Party Branch In Yanbian Area During Socialist Construction Research Characteristics

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations.The party’s grassroots organizations are the foundation of all the party’s work and combat effectiveness,the link between the party and the masses,and the fortress for the party to unite and lead the masses to accomplish various tasks.Primary-level Party organizations are the basis for all the Party’s work and combat effectiveness,a window for Party building,a link through which the Party connects with the masses,and a fortress through which the Party unites and leads the masses in accomplishing various tasks.We need to make innovations in community-level Party building,implement the responsibility system for party building work,strengthen the ranks of community-level Party leaders,and make community-level Party organizations strong bastions for publicizing the Party’s propositions,implementing its decisions,leading community-level governance,uniting and mobilizing the people,and promoting reform and development.At present,there are some research achievements on how to build party organizations in Yanbian area,but it still needs to be enriched.In the face of the new situation,only by constantly improving the ability to solve their own problems and constantly strengthening the self-improvement of the team,can the Party better play the core leadership role in the work,so as to improve the attractiveness,cohesion,combat effectiveness and influence of the Party organization.The construction of party branches is conducive to improving the party’s ruling ability and consolidating its ruling position.The grassroots party branch is the organization with the closest contact with the people,which plays an important role in conveying the party’s policies and reflecting the opinions of the masses.Therefore,strengthening the construction of the party branch is of great significance to our party’s ruling position.Party branch construction,help to strengthen the party system construction and maintain the advanced nature of the Communist party members.Maintaining the party’s advanced nature requires every party member to study the party’s basic theory and knowledge unremittingly,consciously strengthen the party spirit exercise and cultivation,but also rely on a sound organizational system and organizational life,rely on the education and training of the Party organization,all of which cannot leave the party’s grassroots organization--the construction of the Party branch.The construction of party branches is helpful to ease social contradictions and build a harmonious socialist society.With the deepening and development of China’s reform and opening up,people’s lives have undergone earth-shaking changes.At the same time,various social contradictions are constantly emerging.Strengthening the construction of grassroots party branches can effectively adjust the contradictions between people and avoid the intensification of contradictions.In this paper,literature research method was used to collect and sort out relevant literature materials,and the activities of the Party branch in Yanbian Prefecture during a period of time after the liberation of Yanbian Prefecture were summarized,and the existing research results of other researchers were sorted out and analyzed for integration.Understand the yanbian area party branch stick to the superior work to perform the party’s line,principles and policies,and based on the characteristics of ethnic minority areas to carry out the unique characteristics of the regional branch activities,reflecting the party branch activities of firmness,ethnicity and regionality,branch to perform any work deployment,firmly firmly vigorously promotes the party member’s ideological education work,strengthening the party’s unity;Firmly to maintain regional stability in ethnic minority areas,accelerate the development of a region Gong Nong Shang as an important work,in the work fully considering the characteristics of the ethnic inspire striving for socialist construction cause strong momentum.In this paper,the activities of the Party branch in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture as the research object,through the study of "branch life" magazine on the activities of the Party branch in Yanbian area at that time for a preliminary understanding,analysis,and finally summed up the characteristics of the activities of the Party branch in Yanbian area at that time.First of all,this research can enrich the theoretical content of party organization construction in ethnic areas.Second,it will help improve the party’s governing capacity under the new normal of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party.Finally,the stone from other mountains can attack jade.The summary and induction of the experience of party organization construction in Yanbian area will help to provide experience and reference for party organization construction in other areas.
