The construction of campus culture is the cornerstone of students’ spiritual needs,and the campus public sculpture art is an important part of the campus environment and cultural spirit transmission.This paper aims at the problems of unclear theme of public sculpture art education in college campuses,too much emphasis on expression,and lack of injection of cultural connotation.How to improve the injection of the content of the works on the basis of innovation and expression in the public sculpture works of college campuses,so that the works of art have narrative.Improve the acceptance and attraction of teachers and students,and create more appealing and attractive public sculpture art in colleges and universities.This paper conducts field research on 5 universities in Guangzhou University City and compares and investigates two old campuses of the 5 universities.Through on-the-spot research and questionnaire survey,we understand the current situation of public sculpture art in Guangzhou university campuses,and the artistic forms of their public sculpture art works.,the way of existence and the status quo of spatial narrative are analyzed.From the concept of narratology and spatial narration,the research explores the relationship between spatial narrativity and the design of campus public art installations.This paper uses the theory of spatial narratology to analyze the related methods of campus public sculpture art design.With the help of theories in narratology,the public sculpture works of college campuses are reasonably regarded as narrative texts with vivid images.Carry out comparative analysis,and demonstrate the feasibility of space narrative theory in space design.Again,through the actual case of campus public art in public space,systematically analyze how the campus public sculpture art works are presented in space and the narrative expression of the work itself.Seeking to expand the narrative of space provides theoretical and methodological references for the innovation of public sculpture artworks in public spaces and the works themselves on campus.The chapters of this paper are arranged as follows: Chapter 1,the introduction,explains the research background and framework of this paper;Chapter 2 introduces the theoretical framework of spatial narrative and campus public sculpture and the relationship between them;Chapter 3 analyzes the application of spatial narrative in other fields.Apply and introduce the value of campus public sculpture art in campus public space;Chapter 4mainly analyzes the field research and questionnaire survey data,and discusses the spatial narrative of campus public sculpture art;Chapter 5: The design strategy of campus public sculpture art,the first The sixth chapter mainly analyzes the research situation of the project and the specific design practice. |
