Chinese Traditional Narrative Painting And Children's Theme

This article takes."Chinese traditional Narrative painting and the children’s theme"as the theme,aiming to illustrate the unique aesthetic status of children’s narrative painting by sorting out the development of their artwork and analyzing the relationship between children’s playing theme and Chinese literati’s aesthetics.In the first chapter,according to the order of dynasties,I analyse the economic and cultural background,artistic style and the influence of these cultural styles on children’s narrative paintings.In the second chapter,I analyse the theme of children’s playing in Song dynasty,including the cultural background of emergence of the theme of children’s playing and the reasons for the emergence of the children theme.The third section focuses on the theme of children’s playing in the traditional literati aesthetic environment from three aspects,that is the grasp of the narrative painting in expressiveness,the choice of narrating time points,resulting in the movement effect,and the changes of the elegant and popular style.it is hoped that these discussions will give new inspiration to the viewers of custom paintings in their appreciation of narrative paintings.in the third chapter,I analyse several modes of the theme of children playing,Chapter four briefly describes the role of theoretical research in my creative practice.And I briefly describe my own thinking in the process of narrative painting creation,and the understanding of the text structure and narrative structure.I take history as a lesson and let the knowledge of theory act on my painting practice.
