Research On The Image Construction And Changes Of The Jinxiu Yao Medicine Grou

Guangxi Jinxiu,known as the "Yao Capital of the World",is the most complete region for the preservation of Yao medicine culture in China and even in the world,with a large number of Yao medicine practitioners active.Since the reform and opening up,with the standardization of the management of the medical industry and the rise of the health care industry,the Yao medical group has also undergone great differentiation,from the traditional image of rural herbalist doctors to an increasingly diverse group of sentient beings.In order to clarify the multiple aspects of the image of Yao doctors and understand the laws and influencing factors of their image changes,the author took the Yao doctors in Jinxiu County as the research object,and through in-depth interviews with different practitioners,such as the local Yao medicine association,the Yao medicine hospital and the relevant Yao bath shop,to understand their employment experience,livelihood mode and daily work,and interviews with relevant patients and consumers to understand their views and perceptions of the Yao medicine group,The basic orientation and influencing factors of the image construction of Yao doctors are explored.First of all,through the preliminary investigation,it is sorted out that there are three basic types of Yao medicine groups,including rural herbalist doctors and witches,hospital Yao doctors and Yao bath health care operators,and summarized the basic characteristics of the three groups,such as activity space and activity mode.Secondly,through the participatory observation method,three different types of Yao medical groups were investigated in depth,and the activity space and livelihood mode of each group were sorted out,as well as the evaluation and perception of relevant service objects,and the internal mechanism of the formation and change of Yao medical groups in different cultural spaces and livelihood modes was discussed.Finally,it summarizes the basic characteristics,influencing factors and promotion strategies of the construction of Yao medical group image.Through the investigation of the Jinxiu Yao medical group,we found that the formation of the life forms of the Yao medical group was mainly gradually presented after the reform and opening up,and was the result of the joint action of multiple factors such as the modern medical system,the differentiation of market economy,the demand for traditional culture,the spread of media,and the demand for local development.In particular,with the continuous development of the health care industry in recent years,the Yao bath health care industry has gradually expanded,but it has also produced a lot of chaos,affecting the overall image construction of the Yao medicine group.The government needs to increase positive guidance and negative punishment,strengthen the effective combination of administrative supervision and industry self-discipline,and provide support in the systematization of Yao medicine theory and the standardization of talent training.
