| Purpose:The goal of this research was to compare the clinical efficacy of treating patients with polycystic ovary syndrome patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome,and mainly study the treatment method of Liuzijue combined with Bushen Shugan prescription and drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets.Besides,this study intent to compare the changes of various clinical symptoms and indicators,explore the effectiveness and feasibility of proposed method,hoping to serve as a reference in clinical treatment and practice.Material and method:Sixty-two patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with the type of Shenxu ganyu were brought into the outpatient department of our hospital.The time is from August 2021 to August 2022,and the groups are divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received Bushen Shugan Recipe combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets,while the observation group received Health Qigong-Liu Zi Jue on the basis of the control group,and one month as a course of treatment,both groups have three courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,differences in TCM syndrome scores,sex hormone levels and self-rating anxiety scale scores were observed between the two groups,and the comprehensive efficacy analysis was performed.After treatment,menstrual cycles of the two groups were monitored and recorded for three consecutive times,and the average menstrual cycle was taken for comparison.All data obtained in this study were statistically analyzed.Results:1.TCM syndrome scores showed that the syndrome scores of both groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05).Furthermore,the score improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.Analysis of sex hormone levels showed that compared with before treatment,the levels of LH,LH/FSH,FSH,DHEAS,T,and FAI in the two groups were all decreased after treatment(P < 0.05).Besides,LH/FSH,FSH,DHEAS,T,and FAI in observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,SHBG levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05).In additional,the SHBG of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),which was also statistically significant.3.SAS scores showed that 35 cases of mild anxiety were scored before treatment,accounting for 58.3% of the total sample,including 16 cases in the observation group,accounting for26.7%,and 19 cases in the control group,accounting for 31.7%;There were 3 cases with moderate anxiety,accounting for 5%,including 2 cases in the observation group,accounting for 3.3%,and 1 case in the control group,accounting for 1.7%.The SAS score in both groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05).Additionally,the score of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.The analysis of curative effect results showed that the recovery rate(3.3%),marked rate(50%)and effective rate(100%)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(0%,16.7%,96.67% respectively),which were statistically different(P=-3.06,P < 0.05).5.Follow-up results: The number of normal menstrual cycles in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P < 0.05).6.Adverse reaction showed that during the treatment,no adverse reactions were reported in the two groups.The indexes of blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were all within the normal range in 2 groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:In the treatment of PCOS with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome,using Liuzijue combined with Bushen Shugan Fang and Yasiming is more effective.Compared with the method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine,it has fewer adverse reactions,more secure,and broad clinical application prospects. |
