Purpose:To observe the clinical effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on dysphagia after stroke(Wind-phlegm and Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals Syndrome).Material and method:From January 2022 to December 2022,64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were recruited and admitted to brain K1 ward of the rehabilitation center to Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine,The 64 patients were divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 32 patients in each group according to the randomization schedule,Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture with rehabilitation training was added to the treatment group,while the control group was treated with rehabilitation training only,and the treatment method and treatment regimen were the same as the control group.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks,The evaluation scale was Water Swallow Test Scale and Standardized Swallowing Assessment and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score Scale.SPSS Statistics 25.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.Before treatment,compare the basic situation and each scoring scale of the two groups,there is a comparability between two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,comparing the scores of the control and treatment groups within and between groups,the scores on each scale decreased and the treatment group scores were better than the control group scores,and this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The overall efficacy of the treatment group after treatment was 87.50%,that of the control group was 71.86%,the efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training and simple rehabilitation training are both effective in treating dysphagia after stroke(Wind-phlegm and Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals Syndrome).2.Acupuncture at Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can improve dysphagia after stroke(Wind-phlegm and Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals Syndrome)is significantly better than that of rehabilitation training alone.3.Acupuncture at Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture can significantly reduce the Water Swallow Test Scale and Standardized Swallowing Assessment and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score Scale,and has obvious effect on symptoms such as drinking water choking and cough,which is suitable for clinical promotion. |
