Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis With Peiyuan Huaxian Pill

Objective:This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Peiyuanhuaxian pill combined with western medicine to treat Idiopathic pulmonary fiber with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,To investigate and confirm the advantages and safety of this compound pill in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.At the same time,discuss the difference effects of combined diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine are compared to simply using western medicine treatment,and provide more ideas for clinical treatment of Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Methods:60 patients with IPF Qi deficiency and blood stasis who are in accordance with the standard are divided into the treatment group and control group with random digital table method.In the treatment group,on the basis of the drugs in the control group,the Peiyuan Huaxian pill（provided by the pill agent by the Preparation Room of the Pianjiang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital）,the first course of treatment is 3 months,and the follow-up is half a year.Record the changes in the two groups of indicators such as TCM syndrome points,lung function(FVC%,DL_CO%),6-minute walking test（6MWT）,Sp O₂,St.George Breathing Questionnaire（SGRQ）,and other indicators,and the collected data will be collected.According to statistical software SPSS26.0 for statistical analysis.Results:1.The general conditions of age,gender,disease duration,and smoking history before treatment were not statistically significant between the two groups,so the two groups were comparable.2.The differences between the two groups of patients’pre-treatment efficacy observations:TCM evidence score,lung function（FVC%pred,DLco%pred）,6MWT,Sp O2,and SGRQ questionnaire scores were not statistically significant,so the two groups were comparable.3.Clinical efficacy evaluation:the total clinical efficiency of the treatment group（88.9%）was higher than that of the control group（70.4%）,and the difference was statistically significant.4.Evaluation of the TCM syndrome score:the total syndrome score decreased in both groups after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,and both groups achieved the effect of treatment;the total score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the combined use of Peiyuan Huaxian pill can better improve the clinical syndrome of patients than simply using western medicine.5.Pulmonary function evaluation:After treatment,the level of lung function（FVC%,DLco%）was significantly improved in both within groups,and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the improvement level of lung function（FVC%,DLco%）in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,which had clinical significance but no significant statistical difference.6.Exercise tolerance evaluation:When comparing the two groups within the group after treatment,the 6-minute walking distance increased and the pulse oxygen saturation（Sp O₂%）improved,with statistically significant differences,indicating that both groups achieved results after pharmacological treatment.When comparing between the two groups after treatment,the6-minute walking distance was farther and transcutaneous oxygen saturation（Sp O₂%）was improved more significantly in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant,which indicated that the combined use of Peiyuan Huaxian pill improved hypoxia and increased exercise tolerance in IPF patients more than the treatment with Western medicine alone.7.Quality of life evaluation:SGRQ questionnaire scores decreased in both groups after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both groups achieved efficacy in treatment.When comparing the two groups after treatment,the mean value of SGRQ questionnaire score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group improved the survival quality of patients more significantly than the control group.8.Safety Evaluation:During this trial,neither patients in the two groups had acute aggravation;no obvious abnormalities were found in safety indicators.A total of 6 adverse reactions appeared in the control group,of which 2 cases improved by symptomatic treatment,and 4 cases improved by themselves.A total of 4 adverse reactions in the treatment group had improved by themselves.Conclusion:This study showed that Peiyuan Huaixian pill combined with Western medicine had a good effect on IPF Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which was superior to Western medicine alone.It can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,improve the lung function level of patients,improve the exercise tolerance of patients,reduce the impact of breathing problems on patients’life,and improve the quality of life.
