Exploring The Medication Rules And Mechanism Of Action Of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Based On Data Mining And Network Pharmacolog

Objective: Guided by the theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,data mining technology was applied to explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome,so as to provide new ideas for clinical medication.And through the network pharmacology technology to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.Methods: The literature on the treatment of CFS with traditional Chinese medicine published in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP since the time of database-building to December 31,2022.According to the exclusion criteria and inclusion criteria,the literature was screened for research,and the included data were standardized and entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Inheritance Platform System(V2.5)for data analysis,so as to obtain its property and flavor,meridian tropism,prescription rules and potential new prescription mining.The core drug composition was used to explore the mechanism of action in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome by network pharmacology.Results:1.General data analysis: In this study,a total of 268 literatures were included in the standard,and 342 clinical prescriptions were used.2.Data analysis: After the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 248 traditional Chinese medicines were included,of which 25 were frequently used for 40 times or more.The most frequently used in the analysis of four flavors and five flavors are warm,sweet and spleen.Based on the analysis of association rules,the number of support is set to 80,and 20 combinations are obtained.Set the confidence level to 0.65,and obtain 14 association rules analysis > 0.65;its core drug 9 flavors,can be composed of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction.Based on the new party analysis,the correlation coefficient is 6,the penalty coefficient is 2,and 16 core combinations and 8 potential new parties are excavated.3.Network pharmacology analysis: After preliminary screening of OB and DL,a total of 130 active components of 9 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained,including 2803 active components corresponding to targets and 213 common targets of drugs and diseases.The main components of the therapeutic drugs may be quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol,nobiletin,naringenin,licorice chalcone A etc.the core drug composition can mediate the expression of HSP90AA1,AKT1,TP53,STAT3,MAPK3,TNF,IL6 and other protein expression genes,regulate lipid and atherosclerosis,PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway and TNF signaling pathway to treat CFS.Conclusion: Through this study,it can be seen that the etiology of CFS is mainly "deficiency" with " depression";its pathogenesis is deficiency of five zang-organs;the core drugs for the treatment are atractylodes,astragalus,poria cocos,angelica,bupleurum,radix paeoniae alba,dangshen,zhigancao and tangerine peel.New prescriptions for CFS include Sanren Decoction,Wendan Decoction,Shengyang Yiwei Decoction,Zishui Qinggan Decoction,Shashen Maidong Decoction,etc.Using the network pharmacology method,the core drug treatment of CFS is a multi-component,multi-target,multi-channel process.
